With no soundproofing, you hear everything and guests returning to their room at 2an acting as if it was 2pm won't cut it. My pet hate was having to listen to other quests urinating

The room (at least ours) was not super spacious and neither was the bathroom, but how long do you stay in the room or in the bathroom during the holiday? The food and the menu are always very good

My mom and I stayed in this hotel for one night, I have to say that we really enjoyed it. The hotel, in its simplicity, is pleasant and welcoming, very clean. Breakfast was well-stocked and good

Breakfast and vegetable buffet for lunch/dinner are plentiful and varied. Treatment in general very good, also for the patience shown towards our two children who are always a little noisy

The bathroom and room were well organized and clean. The staff were very nice and I would definitely recommend it. And it's close to the beach so you don't have to walk far and there's a street market every weekend

Positive is the food [we ate ourselves pretty full] negatives are they do not have fridges in the rooms or even a shared one, no microwave in the hotel so you cannot heat up your food [which are not the best travelling with smaller kids] and they mostly speak only Italian

They got the 4 star because the food changed on the balance a lot

It was a great experience, the location is awesome, 2 minutes from the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was alright, but a bit of variety day-to-day wouldn’t hurt

The only criticism would be the noise levels. You can really hear everything going on in the hallway, when a guest shuts the room door it sounds really loud. The Wi-Fi was crazy fast and reliable

And the rooms are a tad on the small side. You don’t go to Riccione to stay in your room. So go out and explore or enjoy the pool and beach. They should simply Include the fee of renting chairs in the nightly rate

We had a lovely time at Hotel Sandra, lovely people and all staff. Clean rooms, fresh towels everyday and making the rooms aswell. Food buffet with all sort of pastry, salami cheese cereals and much more

feels like a big family! They have their own parking so your car is safe! All inclusive all meals, water sparkling and still and wine: white, red and rose. Kids can play ping pong and football table

They do all sorts of events like : dinner with fish specific with staff in lovely outfits, dinner with specific food of the Emiglia Romagna , dance night with Dance Academy

We danced and had lots of fun! Yes lots of reviews about the train but we slept like solid rock, as long as you close windows. Air conditioning lovely fresh cooling room

A big plus for the bar and terrace outside where you can enjoy a beer, a spritz and a nice chat

We have spent an amazing week there in July. The Hotel has great location, just opposite to the beach. The room was comfortable and was very clean. The Italian breakfast was nice too

We only stayed 1 night on our back home from holiday. Hotel was close to promenade and beach. It also offered parking which was very handy. The reception was vey helpful to navigate and discuss over the phone

The hotel is extremely basic but my single room (with en-suite) was clean and comfortable, plus it had free WiFi. The location is slightly off centre but not inconvenient; it is metres from the beach

When the taxi we'd booked didn't arrive, they drove us to the train station so we wouldn't miss our train. The atmosphere is very welcoming and makes you feel truly at home. I highly recommend this place!

In the evening there was no front desk service but one could enter from a side entrance. The price was low by any standard. I will definitely use this hotel again next time I'm in the area

Hotel is well situated close to beach. The best thing about this hotel is its rooftop pool, it looks marvelous and brings great view of the coast

When getting to our room for the first time we lacked towels, but it was fixed fast, charlady gave us new with smile on her face

If you book the room directly with the hotel, the access to the pool is included so I highly recommend booking through their website or by the phone. As for the breakfast, they also had vegan options

If you couldn't find vegan cakes in the breakfast selection, you can ask one of the staff. Staff are so kind and attentive. We stayed in the double bed room with balcony on the fifth floor

Hotel itself is reconstructed old hotel, but you can already see many outdated things. We, unfortunately, got worst situated room on the 1st floor facing an elevator

The place is very clean, it's on the beach and is perfect for the family with kids because they have special kid's menu and toys for them and also special supervised playground inside and outside the hotel
