Charming rooms right in the middle of town. The Owner was very sweet and forthcoming. The Bell of the nearby church rings all night unfortunately but the owner gives out earplugs if you ask nicely. Amazing breakfast and Overall a 9/10.

Such a nice place!!! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast… so, so nice. We travel a lot and this was a perfect breakfast.

Really excellent little hotel in the centre of Cividale del Friuli. Great location. Francesca and Cristina could not have been more friendly and welcoming. We were really impressed and would not hesitate to recommend Domus Ulii most highly.

Delightful stay in a wonderful town! This is a B&B, not a hotel, so do not expect different. It’s a beautifully restored residence, obviously done with care and love. Francesca was fabulous, she gave us many tips on food and activities. The room was clean and overall comfortable. The location is right in center of town, and you will hear the sounds of that, and the church bells. Bring earplugs or use a white noise app if that bothers you! Breakfast was great, everything we needed. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! We truly enjoyed being somewhere less touristy and loved exploring this wonderful area. Nearby Udine was also worth a visit. We would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone wanting a more authentic experience!

Amazing location right in the town center. Room was spacious, extremely clean and very comfortable. Our hosts Francesca and Christina were lovely we had a great time in Cividale, will return for sure.

I have only positive things to say! The owner was very welcoming and super friendly! The room was absolutely lovely and very clean! The owners put a lot of effort into small details which make you feel at home. The breakfast was also great!

Room at first floor without lift. Poor condition for an officially certified "superior"🙄🙄🙄room. Totally overpriced. Breakfast with no espresso and or cappuccino.

Cividale was one of our stops on the Alpe adria trail - we ended up staying two nights as the little city is so charming and domus iuli was a perfect place to stay - not only because of the location, but also the cozy rooms with attention to detail, our great host Francesca and a delicious breakfast. Happy to come back anytime!!
