I am appalled.
While the staff is nice, this hotel really doesn't deserve to be called a hotel, because there is noises from inside the building ALL THE TIME. The door of the room is so thin that you are woken up in the late evening by other guests having completely normal conversations on the hallway. If you have a room by the elevator, forget about sleeping at all. Every little noise comes through the door and it is agitating.
I cannot believe I had to pay to be kept awake by all the noises coming through the door. This should be illegal.
The place needs a serious update. They invested in renovating the lobby, but once you come to the room, you can forget about any comfort at all. I cannot remember a time when I had such a bad experience with any kind of a hotel, appartment, hostel ...

A warm welcome as always as i have stopped here many times and would continue to do so.
Staff are geeat from front desk to cleaning staff.
Property could do with a bit of a update

Nice, small and cozy hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. I had a great 5 days here.

Stopped here while on business many times .
Very convenient to udine center and easy access to train station and bus services.
No frills hotel.
But does what it does well.
Could do with some moderate redecorating.
But does not stop me from staying there and already planning my next stay in the new year

My second time staying here in 2 years.
As its a ideal location while in Udine for busy .
The city center is just a 15 minute short walk in to the heart of this place with great dinning and places to drink.
I am already looking at booking again for later this year.

Breakfast was lovely. Loved my room, clean and blasting chill air conditioner to mellow the heat. Downside, just too many mosquitoes, had lots of bites. Bring your insect repellant and everything will be great.
