I do not understand the negative reviews for this hotel. First, service was impeccable. Everyone was friendly and helpful - I especially appreciated the kindness of the older woman with the glasses. The hotel is beautiful and impactful on entry. The location is a straight road to the old city and very convenient. Rooms were cleaned to perfection and everything was as we needed, especially as a family...

More like a 3 star hotel. Carefull, gym and outdoor pool closed in September 24. Hot tub and finish sauna do not work. The indoor swimming pool and staff are nice. Would be worth approximately 75e/night in my opinion.

Good hotel, worthy of 3 stars, wifi doesn't work in some areas, as it is a large building full of walls, the TV doesn't work on the channels, the outdoor pool area is very good, good breakfast.

Overall, it was decent. The breakfast was repetitive and became quite monotonous. On the plus side, it's very close to the city center.

Wonderful place with its own courtyard, restaurant, bar, snack bar, free water at the front desk. I stayed in the the canal side room and enjoyed it. One weird thing is you have to keep your key in the light switch overnight to charge your phone, but, the lights above the bed do not go off.

The best modern Hostel in Venezia

A hotel for one night before catching the boat, but no more. The lady who greeted us was lovely and did her best to make us happy. However, I booked this hotel because it had a swimming pool, and what a disappointment! The water was cloudy and heavily chlorinated, so swimming wasn't really recommended.

Very nice and courteous hostess. Very good breakfast with requests for requests (scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, natural toast,... with ham and cheese, different types of coffee, juices, croissants, white bread, fruit, yoghurts, etc. Small fridge filled with drinks. No dinner possible!! Pool seemed unkempt and dirty-a shame! Location - too far out and far to beach or town - impossible to walk!

Our room was clean and quiet. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Especially our cleaning lady who made sure we knew where to get extra towels and hygiene supplies if the lobby was closed. The door man also went out of his way to show us how the building locks worked. Very helpful and friendly.

The property was nice and it was in a convenient area. There was no dresser to store clothes so we ended up using the couch/extra bed/table which meant the only place to sit was the bed. Bathroom and main room were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This guest house was beautiful, in a perfect location just a few minutes walk to the Vatican! It was spotlessly clean and very secure. Communication with the owners was straightforward! Sadly our flight out was cancelled and our rebooked flight was delayed, so we were really late getting there! We stayed here as an emergency as the car was getting fixed. Ordered pizza as room service however we had to go get it ourselves after staff saying they would bring it up - they also got our order wrong but that was most likely a language barrier (we didn’t speak Italian or German unfortunately) but there’s a lovely man at reception who was very kind

We are two couples that visited Milan for a weekend. Sandro is just the kindest host who cannot do enough for you. Exactly what we needed for our vacation; luxury, excellent service and hospitality at a top notch location in beautiful South Tyrol. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa Tua Vaticano in Rome. Rosanna and her staff gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. Wonderful quiet, comfortable and well-appointed guest inn just minutes from Leonardo daVinci airport yet in a very quiet neighborhood. A short walk across the Tiber are many restaurants and Seconda Riva was excellent. Hosts made sure I was comfortable and got my bearings. Definitely would stay here again.

The property texted me in advance to give me very precise directions to the property, worked to ensure I could check in a bit early, and then took great care to give me all kinds of suggestions for what to do and how to get there.
