Very friendly service! Such a warm welcome for me and my dog. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Good breakfast.

More like a 3 star hotel. Carefull, gym and outdoor pool closed in September 24. Hot tub and finish sauna do not work. The indoor swimming pool and staff are nice. Would be worth approximately 75e/night in my opinion.

A hotel for one night before catching the boat, but no more. The lady who greeted us was lovely and did her best to make us happy. However, I booked this hotel because it had a swimming pool, and what a disappointment! The water was cloudy and heavily chlorinated, so swimming wasn't really recommended.

Very nice and courteous hostess. Very good breakfast with requests for requests (scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, natural toast,... with ham and cheese, different types of coffee, juices, croissants, white bread, fruit, yoghurts, etc. Small fridge filled with drinks. No dinner possible!! Pool seemed unkempt and dirty-a shame! Location - too far out and far to beach or town - impossible to walk!

The bungalow I’ve stayed in was dirty and has lots of gnats flying around, shower is too small and has very slow drain, and the door feature is not emergency friendly in case of fire. Thanks for the good service, but I will not recommend the place in the future.

So-so Photos are not super accurate. It has an RV park area, a camping area as well as the units. The unit itself had a small kitchen which would have been nice if we were there long, a bedroom with 3 twin beds and when you walk in, that also was a bedroom with a double (really 2 twins together with a sheet over them). Stayed here unexpectedly for 4 nights when flight was delayed. We were made very welcome by Genarro and all the reception staff and can’t thank them enough, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Honestly it’s actually quite a nice place, we are here in winter with a camper, only people staying here. The staff at the bar and restaurant are lovely and we have been getting along really well. The place is for sure run down but good news is that there is a bunch of people working on it now and hopefully by summer it will be looking good!

This place has an amazing beach and it is not expensive. Very close proximity to the airport, a highway and some shopping malls. Otherwise it is trashy, surrounded by piles of trash and doesn't care much about clearing a trash. Mess looks to be a normal state here, which is not good or bad, it is just something you may like as a backpacker or a surfer, or consider unacceptable as a family or someone...

Wonderful place with its own courtyard, restaurant, bar, snack bar, free water at the front desk. I stayed in the the canal side room and enjoyed it. One weird thing is you have to keep your key in the light switch overnight to charge your phone, but, the lights above the bed do not go off.

Exactly what we needed for our vacation; luxury, excellent service and hospitality at a top notch location in beautiful South Tyrol. We had a day a little chill for the season and took the opportunity to try the Spa and Sauna area; I can imagine that a visit out of summer season could be a great experience. Delightful Delightful little place in a quaint, secluded area. The staff was very nice. The pool was amazing! Breakfast was great with fresh made espressos rather than a machine! Good advice from staff about what to do in the area.

Our room was clean and quiet. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Especially our cleaning lady who made sure we knew where to get extra towels and hygiene supplies if the lobby was closed. The door man also went out of his way to show us how the building locks worked. Very helpful and friendly.

The property was nice and it was in a convenient area. There was no dresser to store clothes so we ended up using the couch/extra bed/table which meant the only place to sit was the bed. Bathroom and main room were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This guest house was beautiful, in a perfect location just a few minutes walk to the Vatican! It was spotlessly clean and very secure. Communication with the owners was straightforward! Sadly our flight out was cancelled and our rebooked flight was delayed, so we were really late getting there! I feel the only thing that could have made this place better would have been some bottled water in the fridge...

We had a very nice stay at Blue Hostel. Great communication from booking through the end of our stay. Host was very accommodating, from carrying our luggage up all the stairs at arrival, to booking our 4am taxi upon departure. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location... close to train station, shops, cafes and sight seeing. Would definitely recommend when visiting Rome!

An excellent few days at a very clean, central hotel. My sister and I were helped with luggage, where best to eat, a taxi from the airport and to the railway station at the end of our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for any stay in the city.

Location was good and everything that we needed was in the apartment. It was also very clean and bright. I've got mixed feelings about the place though. Wi-Fi was supposed to be there, but it didn't work and every day we were told it will work in at most 24 hours (it never did). This shouldn't happen in a place with such price tag. For the record, the bathroom wasn't shared, we had our own one.

Basically we are satisfied their service as excellent, but the hotel building no elevator to be a problem with surch as older age people. If the booking time is explained, we might make a better choice to avoid every day up down walking.
