I love coming to this place for work; it's welcoming and very central. Today, however, there was a small glitch: it's cold (and I'm a bit...) and the heating isn't working. It can happen, but as soon as I reported it, the owners set up a rescue operation like the tsunami in Indonesia or Fukushima, partially solving the problem and alerting the technicians for tomorrow. Now I can just imagine them arriving...

Excellent, well-maintained B&B in the center of town. Paid parking nearby. The only flaw that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the lack of breakfast on site, but with a voucher you can go to a nearby café. I find the voucher demeaning. Still, worth a try.

Everything! The B&B was extremely chic and looked so much better than in the photos. The rooms were cool, and the beds were comfy, they provided everything one would need when travelling. Almost wish I didn't have to leave!

This hotel desperately needs a renovation; it's incredibly worn out, and everything feels like it's past its prime. The room I got didn't match the photos at all; the window looked out onto some kind of dilapidated internal shaft. The furniture was old, and while the linens were clean, they had holes. Well, Location is so near with nearby attractions and you can walk around 10 minutes from the train station / bus station . I love the hotel but make sure you bring your own mineral water because the tap water is likely not really good for drink :) If you want kettle , you can ask to the receptionist

We experienced outstanding service from all of the staff, the breakfast buffet was lovely, lots of options and all homemade. We had a fantastic dinner in the restaurant one evening, which we booked ahead of our trip.

Nothing standout, everything is expected as a four star place. However I was surprised breakfast is not included. It is $15 per person which is the only hotel in my trip that doesn’t provide free breakfast.

Is this a five-star hotel? Why does it show five stars on trip.com? The room is only 15 square meters, with basic amenities and a damaged bathroom wall. There's no pool, and there's a jacuzzi on the rooftop that looks unused. You have to pay an extra 50€ to use it. The hotel only has one restaurant, so it shouldn't even be rated three stars! Paying 177€ a night for a hotel like this is sheer robbery

Really appreciate the warm services of the staff; we had a wonderful dinner with Valentina’s suggestion; Angelo made me a delicious lemon honey when he found I had a coarse voice. The elevator was under maintenance, and yet they gave me a room on the fourth floor, which was excessively hot and had no way to open the windows. It's a shame because the hotel is convenient to the station and the breakfast is good.

Hotel Diano Marina was the last leg of our Leger Holiday. The hotel was very good, the rooms were excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. The beach front location was stunning. The only criticism was that the menu was limited and the portions were on the small side. If you didn't like what was on the menu then it was rather difficult to get something different.

Second time staying here. Good price for outskirts of Milan and in a reliable chain. The bathroom is not great: shower pressure is poor and rooms we have stayed in have had issues with mould and a leaking shower.

Everything was wonderful: friendly reception, good breakfast, an elevator, and extra water, a kettle, tea, and sugar upon request. The mattresses could be softer. The hotel is very close to the airport and is suitable for temporary transfers. There is free parking in the courtyard. This hotel is an oasis outside of the centre of Polignano a Mare. Rooms are spacious, staff are friendly and accommodating, and breakfasts are superb. Nice and elegant 4 star hotel in South Sardinia. They have different buildings with a swimming pool in each one. In our building there were only 5 bedrooms, so we were almost alone in the swimming pool. The rooms are very large. They lack of wardrobe, so there are few space to leave the clothes. Can't be 5 stars SPA. We took daily entrance (50e x person). Already the path to arrive to SPA is not elegant as it should be. Floor is broken as well as stairs. The person who "hosted" us at the entrance of SPA was not so polite and educated. Towels are to be shamed- all edges were torn. Locker rooms must be cleaned more often as wellas bathroomsthat have bad smell- full of hair on the floor, bathrooms...

Wonderful, I would return today. The hotel lobby was beautiful, top service, check-in was perfect, the staff were professional and courteous. The only thing I would do is update some of the rooms. The hotel is clean and tidy, with convenient transportation. Tram Line 1 is right at the door, which goes directly to Milan Cathedral. The free coffee provided in the hotel room is delicious, and the hotel restaurant is also very distinctive.

The room was very clean and the Wi-Fi speed was excellent. The only minor issue was that the bed was a bit small. Also, the surrounding transportation and amenities weren't super convenient. Overall, I'd still recommend it!

Very helpful staff at reception, spoke fluent English which helped me a lot.  Absolute amazing view of the San Siro football stadium, and an American Diner 3 metres next to the hotel.   Double bed was huge and comfortable, shower and toilet very clean.  All very efficient and again, amazing view.

PhotoGuest B & B is a nice clean bed and breakfast in the heart of Siracusa that is in walking distance to Oritiga. Giovanni, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. He gave us tips on where to eat, what to see and do. Breakfast was great with a nice selection of croissants and yogurt. If you need a place to stay in the area, we would recommend staying there.

The service and communication were excellent. We were attended to by Francesca; she was super nice, explained how everything worked very clearly, and answered all my questions. She was on top of everything. We stayed for three nights in a triple room. Good space, we never felt crowded; it was all clean, the AC and everything in the restroom worked. Location was ideal. I don’t walk a lot and this hotel put us close to so many great “must see” places. So close to the Pitti Palace! The staff was extremely caring and helpful with everything. When trip Advisor booking got things wrong on our booking the staff made it right. The air conditioning was good too. I felt safe there.
