Close to the airport, the staff were friendly, and I was satisfied with the hotel facilities.

Huge hotel with all the comforts. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas isn't impeccable, but it's still good.

I was there for a conference and although the facilities look great as far as decor goes, there were a few things that lowlighted the stay. Water coming out of the tap was brown in the first day, low quality pillows and a the wtar would fill up in yhe bathurbe during the shower due to low draining capacity. Food was not great either.

The suite is large and has a simple kitchen with a microwave and tableware, suitable for families. The hotel provides free buses to and from the city center, which takes about 20 minutes. The pick-up and drop-off points are close to the Mouth of Truth, which is convenient for guests. Great!

The service and attitude are quite poor. In addition, the hotel was booked two months ago, and the price should have been favorable. As a result, I found that the price dropped by 600 yuan on the day of check-in. I will not stay here again!

The room is nice and clean, and the hotel lobby reception is also good. Check in requires a credit card prepayment of 100 euros. Imagine Centre Parcs in the sun, with a beautiful beach accessed through a wooded area, well tended grounds , numerous pools and activities galore. Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway, and there's a large supermarket downstairs, perfect for buying delicious Italian pastries if you didn't order breakfast. Absolutely amazed by this place. Beautiful, clean, and the friendliest staff. My favorite was Claudia, who showed me Adonai Eremo AND gave the best ceramic painting class. It was a very welcomed creative part of the holiday. 10/10 would recommend going here, and look for events with Claudia - she’s the best!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the pools are great, the location is gorgeous, and the morning yoga offered for free outside was a great way to start the day. We just came back from this amazing holiday. First of all, we booked our holiday through "loveholidays" and I wish I could know about all the fees that the hotel got. I went there for New Year's Eve. I recommend flying instead of taking the train. The train station is a boat ride away from the hotel, but the airport has the hotel's own shuttle boat service, which is much more convenient.

Right across from the Milan Convention Center, this hotel is super convenient for exhibition attendees. If you get a room on the east side, you'll have a fantastic panoramic view of the exhibition hall. The breakfast spread is also extensive. Despite the problems we had with the booking, the people from the hotel were more than friendly and helped us to make our stay at an enviable level. It is a super expensive hotel but excellent breakfast and good services. Just take too long time to wait for my room without further notices even I left my phone number. It is over price in this room size and quality. Just convenience for meeting.
