Close to the airport, the staff were friendly, and I was satisfied with the hotel facilities.

Huge hotel with all the comforts. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas isn't impeccable, but it's still good.

I was there for a conference and although the facilities look great as far as decor goes, there were a few things that lowlighted the stay. Water coming out of the tap was brown in the first day, low quality pillows and a the wtar would fill up in yhe bathurbe during the shower due to low draining capacity. Food was not great either.

The service is perfect while the location is a little far from the city center

The suite is large and has a simple kitchen with a microwave and tableware, suitable for families. The hotel provides free buses to and from the city center, which takes about 20 minutes. The pick-up and drop-off points are close to the Mouth of Truth, which is convenient for guests. Great!

Imagine Centre Parcs in the sun, with a beautiful beach accessed through a wooded area, well tended grounds , numerous pools and activities galore. Rooms are spacious and clean. 3 Daily yoga sessions by Catarina were lovely, she's very knowledgeable & such a warm personality. Great choice of different locations depending on weather. Highly recommended. Pilates by Sébastieno was great too. Great exercises, good tempo, a great way to start the day. Very much enjoyed & recommended. Also had a massage booked which was one of the best ones I have ever had.

Absolutely amazed by this place. Beautiful, clean, and the friendliest staff. My favorite was Claudia, who showed me Adonai Eremo AND gave the best ceramic painting class. It was a very welcomed creative part of the holiday. 10/10 would recommend going here, and look for events with Claudia - she’s the best!

Everything was clean and well taken care of. The staff there was lovely, there just weren’t enough of them! It was clear it was just after high season.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the pools are great, the location is gorgeous, and the morning yoga offered for free outside was a great way to start the day. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway, and there's a large supermarket downstairs, perfect for buying delicious Italian pastries if you didn't order breakfast. The surrounding area is average, though it's a residential area. Our room faced the back street, so it wasn't noisy. The front desk staff was very friendly. Le Cale d’Otranto is the most amazing place in Puglia. We have stayed there for three times now, and we are eager to come back. The rooms are cozy and authentic with a charming terrace or a small yard. The food is fantastic. The entertainment holds high class singers, actors, dancers and athletes. Right across from the Milan Convention Center, this hotel is super convenient for exhibition attendees. If you get a room on the east side, you'll have a fantastic panoramic view of the exhibition hall. The breakfast spread is also extensive. A special shout-out for the takeaway coffee cups – a real lifesaver!

Despite the problems we had with the booking, the people from the hotel were more than friendly and helped us to make our stay at an enviable level. Especially the guy from the reception Stefano was ultra friendly and showed that he knows how to do his job perfectly. We will be back next year because of him.

We had a really lovely stay, very friendly staff with delicious food but the rooms are in need of an update. The bed linen and towels are worn and not of a good quality. The evening entertainment was also very poor, which was a shame as the staff could not have done more for you.

Quality-price ratio is quite good on this hotel. However, if you are walking there it is a bit far from the main attractions and you have to walk through a very shady area during the night time.
