Good place, fine people... The only annoying thing is that so called "disco" that was not updated since 2008... Same tracks repeat each and every day... Very noisy "dj" that talks to the music incredibly loudly. Rooms clean, towels changed every day, room situated on seaview. Weather was fine but there's considerable humidity in the evening, rest of the day is fine...
Very good food all inclusive so a good price. Older facility not well maintained. Very nice beach easy access.

Amazing, all you need! Amazing selection of food and drinks. Great service. Lots to do onsite. Great location for day trips and also offered shuttle bus trips.
Rooms were cleaned very well every day. Staff were helpful with day excursions. Food at buffet was tasty and well presented. A la Carte restaurants were good quality and a nice change.
Hotel is fantastic, only slight draw back was the pool restaurant had flies landing on the food
We had wonderful service and the food was varied enough in the buffet restaurant. The bookable restaurants are amazing and we highly recommend the Thai. The beach was clean and comfortable and the pools are welcoming with enough space to sit and relax. The only downside is the two hour spa charge if 25euro! Sadly the spa was always empty!! If the charge was more reasonable we would have paid. Overall...
There were minor discrepancies with the bed arrangement, as a single bed was provided instead of the requested two beds. Two staff members mentioned they would switch the mattress for two single mattresses but did not return to complete this change. The resort's amenities and services generally met expectations. The drinks included in the all-inclusive package were not listed, so guests needed to ask...

The room is spacious, the view is beautiful, and the transportation is convenient with daily ferry services.
Perfect spot just out of Venice. Was actually quite nice to be able to get away to your own little island after a busy day. Staff were great but the prices for food and drink were crazy, even for Venice
I went there for New Year's Eve. I recommend flying instead of taking the train. The train station is a boat ride away from the hotel, but the airport has the hotel's own shuttle boat service, which is much more convenient.
Good hotel in general. Need water boot to arrive, but hotel offer 15 euro per person per stay shuttle.
Wonderful Stay at Hilton💕🙏🏼 I recently stayed at Hotel Hilton Ben to celebrate my birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience! The room was absolutely spectacular, spacious, and offered amazing views that made every morning feel special. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the service throughout the hotel was exceptional. I want to give a special mention to Herlane and Anyely...
We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in an old pasta factory and it’s beautifully restored and decorated. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was similar to those offered at other international Hiltons although there wasn’t a ton of hot food options. Linens were on par with a five star hotel, but other amenities were not. There was no coffee maker, bottled water, or other small delights that usually...

Overall Rating: 6/5 Stars We stayed with our infant daughter—it was a delight. She loved it, and staff made us all feel welcome in a luxurious, family-friendly setting. Check-In Experience Smooth process with a sweet toy for our baby. Wish we'd gotten more amenity info upfront; we hunted for restaurant hours and gym location. Gym Facilities Well-equipped with modern machines, free weights, classes...
After all the wonderful reviews of the Rome Cavalieri, I had pretty high expectations for the property, but unfortunately, so of those expections were not met. Let's start with the room. While the room is clean and has that old world charm, it definitely appeals to an older generation. The bed was comfortable and all the furniture was kept well. One strange thing that kept bothering me was all...
Absolutely terrific property. The views are simply unbeatable, like something out of a movie. The service is exceptional, and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. I was also a very big fan of their breakfast buffet, as well as the dining options for dinner. While we didn’t get a chance to go to it, the hotel is home to Rome‘s only three star Michelin restaurant, Pergola. The only criticism that...
We stayed at the Rome Cavalieri, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel this past August during our very first visit to Italy, and from the moment we arrived until our final day, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I’d like to share my appreciation for the wonderful service at the Rome Cavalieri, a Waldorf Astoria Hotel. It was my first time visiting Rome, and I came with my sister, so having such a warm welcome meant a lot. Daniel at check-in was especially outstanding—friendly, attentive, and very helpful. He introduced the hotel’s services and even escorted us to our room, which made us feel truly cared for...
It's quiet here, but the quality of the Waldorf Astoria is not up to par. The parking fee is 45 yuan a day, which is incredible on the hill of Rome. The facilities are relatively old and really not worth the price.

The location of the hotel is very close to Spanish steps. Just walk up the steps and it’s very close. Their service is impeccable and friendly. I love their buffet breakfast especially the thick hot chocolate serve at the buffet.
Wonderful hotel - it was our 2nd visit within 2 weeks and it didn’t disappoint. The staff are professional, the premises top notch, the price/value ratio is unbeaten given the location. Will be back soon. Thank you!
Great location, near Plaza de España. The hotel is a bit old, but the breakfast is good. 👍
Very disappointed. Some waiters have bad attitudes and cannot solve some of the guests' needs.
It's in a high-end hotel area, quiet and clean, very close to the Pantheon. There was a long queue of people and VIPs with guns at the Merrill Lynch Hotel next door early in the morning. It turned out that their deputy chief had arrived.
We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Excelsior in Rome. The staff was so very helpful - they gave us recommendations for dinner and arranged for a car to take us to the airport (same price as a taxi, but so much more comfortable). The room was fantastic - the bed was so so comfortable, the furnishings impeccable (antique pieces, fabric wall coverings, chandeliers, marble countertops) - it had everything...

A hotel with an old-school, vintage feel. The decor is typical of European retro style; the rooms, though small, are very elegant. The service is excellent—polite but not overly enthusiastic, striking a good balance.
Good location, beautiful room, friendly staff, nice food.
A pure European old-money style hotel, a niche high-end hotel group, the restaurant is very photogenic, the rooms are large, the facilities are average, there are very few Chinese people staying here, mostly old-money Europeans and Americans, it is not far from the main attractions, very convenient, quiet in the hustle and bustle!
I liked the hotel's decor, the location was convenient, and the service was excellent. However, I was woken up by mosquito bites in the room and had to swat them away in the middle of the night, which disrupted my sleep. I suggest adding an electronic mosquito killer. Also, while the service was good, there were too many additional charges; they even charged extra for escorting guests to their rooms
This is a very old-fashioned hotel, comparable to the Portman Hotel in Shanghai. The facilities are quite dated, but the breakfast is excellent, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is beautiful! One flaw: the aromatherapy in the lobby is a bit overpowering. The room has no fragrance, just a slight carpet smell, which caused my husband to sneeze when we walked in. At night, a cricket chirped...

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. I am always well taken care of and made to feel truly welcome. The staff is attentive and kind, and the waitress in particular was very sweet and friendly. A place where you really feel pampered. Highly recommended.
Beautiful hotel, located closely to metro enabling access to city centre within minutes. Within walking distance of the San Siro which was one of the main reasons for our booking. I have been staying at the Meliá Milano for several years for regular business trips. I have found it to be a welcoming and functional property. The “The Level” Lounge is a real plus. We loved our stay at the JW. The property sits in a beautiful calm island full of trees and and amenities, you won’t be bored easily and if do, Venice is just a quick 20min ride away. The JW in Venice is an amazing property. The staff was great and the amenities are fantastic. The shuttles are always on time, you just need to plan on them but it’s no big deal. We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott in Venice. The property itself is absolutely stunning — it’s located on its own private island, which makes it feel like you’ve stepped into a completely different part of Italy. The shuttle bus won't be able to board if there are too many people. We waited for half an hour past 10 pm. The hotel front desk didn't inform us in advance. Then, when I checked out, I was overcharged twice, saying I had the same last name and room number. Luckily, I checked in, otherwise I would have lost 90 euros. Be careful when checking out. Luckily, Ctrip helped me file a complaint.

Absolutely stunning resort. The pools and the view of the ocean is gorgeous. A bit pricy for food and drinks by the pool. Definitely rent a car as there is limited shuttle service to and from the resort to the town of Porto Cervo. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

This hotel is very tired. The staff at the reception were not overly welcoming or accommodating. This is not a five star resort. But for what it is, it’s fine. Beautiful location.
Property need maintenance and upgrade Room service and cleaning deficient
Loved our stay at the resort. Staff was wonderful and the resort is beautiful. I'd upgrade the toiletries as they were very average for a 5* resort and a hair dryer was something you'd find in a 3* hotel. An outdated hotel desperately clinging to its former glory days. For the price its definitely not a 5 star accommodation. Very uncomfortable bed and many burnt out bulbs in the room. The pool which we were looking forward to was poorly maintained with large brown stains at the bottom of it and yellowing tiles. Would not recommend.
Familytrip Great location and super staff. The first really deep pool where kids can dive from a trampoline. Great breakfastbuffet with an amazing view.
Very beautiful hotel, beautiful architecture, spacious rooms, rich breakfast, taste good, very satisfactory, but the wooden floor has some crackling sounds.
