The location is indeed excellent, with a direct walkway to the boarding hall. However, the hotel is old, and the service is almost non-existent.
The hotel is newly renovated, the deluxe room we booked was nicely designed. However, strangely the bathroom was somewhat left with the old design. Best about the hotel is the connecting bridge that leads directly to T1 & T3 of the airport, where we needed only 10 mins to walk to T1. We planned to stay here because we had an early morning flight, and we wanted to be at the airport 2.5 hours before...
As far as airport hotels go this is good. Very expensive beer was my main negative.
I have been staying to this hotel for work for over 15years and for over 15 years I had the pleasure to experience the attentiveness and kindness of every single staff member. In particular I would like to thank Alina who is the breakfast hall attendant who is the kindest lady of the hotel. She wellcomes her guests as if they were coming to her own house, she has a genuine smile and a kind and gentle...
I feel like the Queen of England after my fabulous BATH! After two weeks of backpacking our way throughout Europe (and tiny shower stalls), we opted for our last night stay at the Hilton FCO since we are flying back to the states the next morning. At first, we were a little apprehensive because of previous reviews. However, we stayed on the fifth floor (which is an executive level) and our room is...

One of the best holidays we have ever had! Staff were amazing, the hotel grounds were stunning and everywhere smelt of flowers.
We stayed for a week in October in a two bedroom family room which was perfect for our stay with two young children. We loved the heated family pool which was a nice temperature and the kids splash park was great for our toddler! Be aware the big slides are for ages 5-10. The beach was a short walk through the forest with playground and hammocks on the way. The sunsets were incredible and so nice to...
Excellent hotel, friendly staff. Excellent food and great choice. One suggestion, allocate a table for the duration of the holiday as we found it very busy at times with limited available tables. Excellent watersports. Shout out to Ignazio Adam Roberto and Vincento. Friendly great guys. VIP cocktail bar well worth the extra €3 per drink. Great hotel for families with plenty to do.

Imagine Centre Parcs in the sun, with a beautiful beach accessed through a wooded area, well tended grounds , numerous pools and activities galore. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is plenty of hot water. The air conditioning is noisy and ineffective. All inclusive food and options to eat in alternative restaurants too. Food and drink quality good. Dining area, can get very busy It is often difficult...
We had our wonderful October Holiday in Tui magic Calabria. Really best food, thank you restaurant staff. Great selection of different types of dishes: a lot of fish we have tasted during our stay, amazing pasta & pizza. Quick service in buffet, clean tables. I enjoyed every single meal. Relaxing nature and large hotel territory. Lacation was far away from stores or city but we went few times out...

Very huge hotel and very nice big room Very close to airport old a little bit but nice and clean
The hotel was very understaffed. Long queues for food in the restaurant, bar and checkout. We were upgraded because the light fuse broke in our room . The staff were friendly. Overall the hotel seemed a little old as and run down .
Only 1 or 2 shuttle to and from airport a day Swimming pool was big
Location a little bit far from downtown, facilities are old and needs replacing
The facilities are old, and it's not very close to the airport. Even a taxi ride costs 30 Euros.
The hotel lobby is absolutely beautiful. We were lucky enough to visit during Christmas, and they even had small gifts for guests. Highly recommend!

The service is perfect while the location is a little far from the city center
The suite is large and has a simple kitchen with a microwave and tableware, suitable for families. The hotel provides free buses to and from the city center, which takes about 20 minutes. The pick-up and drop-off points are close to the Mouth of Truth, which is convenient for guests. Great!
Convenient parking, close to the airport The hotel pool and restaurant are good, affordable, and the restaurant serves Italian food. The small fan in the room is retro and I like it. I like this fashionable boutique series of Marriott.
The service and attitude are quite poor. In addition, the hotel was booked two months ago, and the price should have been favorable. As a result, I found that the price dropped by 600 yuan on the day of check-in. I will not stay here again!
The room is nice and clean, and the hotel lobby reception is also good. Check in requires a credit card prepayment of 100 euros. Attached is the bus time from the hotel to the city center, via petroselli 50 is near the Mouth of Truth in the city center. The fee can be directly deducted from the credit card at the front desk.
There was a female receptionist on the night shift who had a very bad attitude. Because we didn't ask for room service, we asked her for water when we returned to the hotel at night. She evaded us by saying that she could only give two bottles per room. Later, she left us alone and asked us to wait for other staff to come. She was very impatient and rolled her eyes. 3 Daily yoga sessions by Catarina were lovely, she's very knowledgeable & such a warm personality. Great choice of different locations depending on weather. Highly recommended. Pilates by Sébastieno was great too. Great exercises, good tempo, a great way to start the day. Very much enjoyed & recommended. Also had a massage booked which was one of the best ones I have ever had.
Absolutely amazed by this place. Beautiful, clean, and the friendliest staff. My favorite was Claudia, who showed me Adonai Eremo AND gave the best ceramic painting class. It was a very welcomed creative part of the holiday. 10/10 would recommend going here, and look for events with Claudia - she’s the best!
Everything was clean and well taken care of. The staff there was lovely, there just weren’t enough of them! It was clear it was just after high season.
We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. It’s a beautiful resort with delicious restaurants, excellent tennis and padel courts, as well as great activity programs. Highly recommended are the pizza-making class and the Pilates session with Sebastiano!
This is a gorgeous resort hotel that has excellent service, beautiful location. The pool is next level gorgeous next to sea. Good dining. Excellent staff and concierge can book day trips. Just note that beach access is too rocky to swim. There are many stairs all around so hotel is not accessible. Also not much near by. Highly recommend. Very romantic destination. We really enjoyed our stay here, the pools are great, the location is gorgeous, and the morning yoga offered for free outside was a great way to start the day. This hotel has so much potential but there are several odd practices that need to be changed. The layout is very confusing. Food lukewarm at best, although pretty good products. Lovely grounds and beach area. AI drinks too small, shops mostly closed. Staff generally friendly but pool stall officious.
Where to start as we were rather underwhelmed with the hotel and feel it falls short of the description. As there is a lot to unpack I've broken my review into sections.  The room - The room was made up each day but not cleaned. You knew when the maids were coming as the hallways echoed loudly of the trollies and them shouting from room to room to each other. If you like a lay in or are a light...
The resort is set in well maintained grounds and there is a shuttle bus to the local picturesque bay. Our apartment was perfect for us and had everything apart from milk for our morning cuppa! Staff are friendly and helpful. If you want a relaxing holiday, it is perfect, but it is quite remote and is not suitable for independent sight seeing, unless you have a car. You can book day trips from the...
Resort and grounds were very nice . Food wonderful. The people overall were unfriendly and rude. The staff for the most part also . I would not recommend for germans or English speaking people . Sad because it was sooo expensive
Travel & Arrival My fiancé and I (both around 30, no kids) stayed at this resort for eight nights in July 2025, booking a premium double room with an all-inclusive package. Getting there from Catania was straightforward. The most convenient option is the Interbus from Catania Airport to Syracuse train station (~€6 per person, ~1 hour). Alternatively, you can take a bus to Catania train station and...
This resort was a continuous discovery. I came here on my own, yet I never once felt alone thanks above all to the constant support from the reception, the Guest Relation, and the Concierge, who were truly helpful. The room was ok, the resturant totaly amazing with every kind of choice, unfortunately the pizzeria wasn't open yet.

Amazing, all you need! Amazing selection of food and drinks. Great service. Lots to do onsite. Great location for day trips and also offered shuttle bus trips.
Rooms were cleaned very well every day. Staff were helpful with day excursions. Food at buffet was tasty and well presented. A la Carte restaurants were good quality and a nice change.
Hotel is fantastic, only slight draw back was the pool restaurant had flies landing on the food
We had wonderful service and the food was varied enough in the buffet restaurant. The bookable restaurants are amazing and we highly recommend the Thai. The beach was clean and comfortable and the pools are welcoming with enough space to sit and relax. The only downside is the two hour spa charge if 25euro! Sadly the spa was always empty!! If the charge was more reasonable we would have paid. Overall...
There were minor discrepancies with the bed arrangement, as a single bed was provided instead of the requested two beds. Perfect spot just out of Venice. Was actually quite nice to be able to get away to your own little island after a busy day. Staff were great but the prices for food and drink were crazy, even for Venice
I went there for New Year's Eve. I recommend flying instead of taking the train. The train station is a boat ride away from the hotel, but the airport has the hotel's own shuttle boat service, which is much more convenient.
Good hotel in general. Need water boot to arrive, but hotel offer 15 euro per person per stay shuttle.
Wonderful Stay at Hilton💕🙏🏼 I recently stayed at Hotel Hilton Ben to celebrate my birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience! We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in an old pasta factory and it’s beautifully restored and decorated. Staff was very friendly. The beach is beautiful, the hotel is set in a stunning location among the mountains, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Marcelo is a great bartender - he made us some cocktails that are not on the list but they are very good. So far a great start to our holiday and will come back with more!
We have already answered this in the survey-not an atmosphere for other than large families with young children and partying every night until midnight. You should make this clear to all guests.
This is a stunning resort. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. We were made to feel like family. The atmosphere is warm and caring, and nothing is too much trouble. The resort is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable. Thank you does not seem enough. The humor and kindness shown by the team by far is what made the holiday even more special. We will be back, and we will win at Boccia next time

After all the wonderful reviews of the Rome Cavalieri, I had pretty high expectations for the property, but unfortunately, so of those expections were not met. Let's start with the room. While the room is clean and has that old world charm, it definitely appeals to an older generation. The bed was comfortable and all the furniture was kept well. One strange thing that kept bothering me was all...
Absolutely terrific property. The views are simply unbeatable, like something out of a movie. The service is exceptional, and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. I was also a very big fan of their breakfast buffet, as well as the dining options for dinner. Clean rooms, friendly staff and great views. Our Lakeview room was on the small side but perfectly usable.
Stunning views from tired hotel Stayed in junior suite with lake view - spacious room with magnificent view. Room decor was tired and needs refreshing and modernising. Breakfast was not good - went 40 minutes before end of service and food was depleted, no tables set, and staff already packing away. Better food in local restaurants.
Beautiful facility with amazing views from the balcony of Lago Maggiore and the mountains beyond. Convenient to the ferry stop and local restaurants. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever seen, quite luxurious.
A nice stay with a disappointing check out. Me and my girlfriend spent the weekend in this hotel. Worth mentioning, this is a conference hotel and probably works best for bigger groups. Super close to Milan Cathedral! The breakfast was great.
The soundproofing in the room is terrible; you can clearly hear every footstep from upstairs. The shower stall is tiny, you can barely turn around. The location of the hotel is very close to Spanish steps. Just walk up the steps and it’s very close. Their service is impeccable and friendly. I love their buffet breakfast especially the thick hot chocolate serve at the buffet.
Wonderful hotel - it was our 2nd visit within 2 weeks and it didn’t disappoint. The staff are professional, the premises top notch, the price/value ratio is unbeaten given the location. Will be back soon. Thank you!

Very disappointed. Some waiters have bad attitudes and cannot solve some of the guests' needs.

A hotel with an old-school, vintage feel. The decor is typical of European retro style; the rooms, though small, are very elegant. The service is excellent—polite but not overly enthusiastic, striking a good balance.
Good location, beautiful room, friendly staff, nice food.
A pure European old-money style hotel, a niche high-end hotel group, the restaurant is very photogenic, the rooms are large, the facilities are average, there are very few Chinese people staying here, mostly old-money Europeans and Americans, it is not far from the main attractions, very convenient, quiet in the hustle and bustle!
I liked the hotel's decor, the location was convenient, and the service was excellent. However, I was woken up by mosquito bites in the room and had to swat them away in the middle of the night, which disrupted my sleep. I suggest adding an electronic mosquito killer. Also, while the service was good, there were too many additional charges; they even charged extra for escorting guests to their rooms
This is a very old-fashioned hotel, comparable to the Portman Hotel in Shanghai. The facilities are quite dated, but the breakfast is excellent, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is beautiful! One flaw: the aromatherapy in the lobby is a bit overpowering. Brilliant hotel, the room was big and had a lovely view from the balcony. Meals were all delicious and staff were great. Only problem was how it was on the side of a hill and quite secluded. Coach ran regularly to Cefalù (the nearby town) which solved this problem. Swimming pool was FREEZING!!
An amazing hotel, so friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean. It is no trouble for any of the staff to do anything for you. The bar staff are all excellent, especially bar manager Rosario. The entertainment team were exceptional, always ready to meet you with a smile and friendly face. Great food and drinks and in a beautiful setting, with easy access to cefalu . I will definitely be back again
Such a beautiful hotel, the staff here are incredibly friendly and hospitable, it is more aimed towards Italian customers which is perfect to immerse yourself in the culture. However that being said they have written English and the staff are pretty good at it too. The entertainment is even translated it was such a wonderful experience with my family the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pools and baby dance

Luxurious hotel, with spacious and clean rooms. Concierge was attentive and good natured. Great view from the room. Nice breakfast. Walking distance to nice restaurants.
The location was perfect and the hotel restaurant very delicious
We spent two nights here. The hotel is located within a pleasant walking distance from the old town. The staff were kind, and the view was beautiful. Breakfast was satisfactory. Although the hotel was cleaned daily and appeared to be clean overall, unfortunately, there was a huge cockroach living in our room 😞 which was very frightening for me. On the last night, my husband somehow managed to escort...
Loved the pool and had a great view of the ocean, a bit out of the way but we didn’t mind walking into town. The hotel is a bit older, so the interiors aren’t as modern as you’d expect from a 5 star hotel.
A perfect selection for foreign trackers to Alghero who enjoy high end hotels without being overly pretentious. The too S are comfortable however the beds are terrible firm and should all be outfitted with memory foam covers. They also sit a bit low to the ground but people in Europe tend to be shorter in general. The breakfast buffet was great with many options.
Such an amazing experience! First - as I am pregnant, asked for an early check in - no problem! Second, the pool is so clean that even in my state I was able to swim. Food was amazing, service, reception team… Rooms are super clean. Literally no remarks! If we ever come back to Sardinia, that would be the same hotel!
