The service is perfect while the location is a little far from the city center

The suite is large and has a simple kitchen with a microwave and tableware, suitable for families. The hotel provides free buses to and from the city center, which takes about 20 minutes. The pick-up and drop-off points are close to the Mouth of Truth, which is convenient for guests. Great!

The service and attitude are quite poor. In addition, the hotel was booked two months ago, and the price should have been favorable. As a result, I found that the price dropped by 600 yuan on the day of check-in. I will not stay here again!

The room is nice and clean, and the hotel lobby reception is also good. Check in requires a credit card prepayment of 100 euros. Attached is the bus time from the hotel to the city center, via petroselli 50 is near the Mouth of Truth in the city center. The fee can be directly deducted from the credit card at the front desk.

There was a female receptionist on the night shift who had a very bad attitude. Because we didn't ask for room service, we asked her for water when we returned to the hotel at night. Imagine Centre Parcs in the sun, with a beautiful beach accessed through a wooded area, well tended grounds , numerous pools and activities galore. Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel lobby is absolutely beautiful. We were lucky enough to visit during Christmas, and they even had small gifts for guests. Highly recommend!

3 Daily yoga sessions by Catarina were lovely, she's very knowledgeable & such a warm personality. Great choice of different locations depending on weather. Highly recommended. Absolutely amazed by this place. Beautiful, clean, and the friendliest staff. My favorite was Claudia, who showed me Adonai Eremo AND gave the best ceramic painting class. It was a very welcomed creative part of the holiday. 10/10 would recommend going here, and look for events with Claudia - she’s the best!

Everything was clean and well taken care of. The staff there was lovely, there just weren’t enough of them! It was clear it was just after high season.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the pools are great, the location is gorgeous, and the morning yoga offered for free outside was a great way to start the day. It's quiet here, but the quality of the Waldorf Astoria is not up to par. The parking fee is 45 yuan a day, which is incredible on the hill of Rome. The facilities are relatively old and really not worth the price.

This resort was a continuous discovery. I came here on my own, yet I never once felt alone thanks above all to the constant support from the reception, the Guest Relation, and the Concierge, who were truly helpful. This is a stunning resort. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. We were made to feel like family. The atmosphere is warm and caring, and nothing is too much trouble. The resort is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable. Thank you does not seem enough. The humor and kindness shown by the team by far is what made the holiday even more special. A nice family hotel on a wonderful beach. There are breach activities which can be booked like pedalo rent, boat trips,... But it's still quite quiet compared to other rather big resorts. Also possible to do horseback riding and Quad tours not far away at Iba sa cresia.

Such a beautiful location and the resort is stunning - it’s a bit dated, but if you’re going somewhere to sit and relax and look at an incredible view, it’s amazing. We had a lovely room with a gorgeous view all the way to the sea - Monte Turri restaurant for apero and dinner is very beautiful.

Beautiful location, excellent and accommodating staff. Manager Marco and housekeeper Laura were exceptional. Our stay was made most memorable by the nightly singing of the duo Cris and Olga. The quality and breadth of their performances enhanced our holiday immensely. The food and the accommodation were good but not perfect - 3* not 4*

There were so many little disappointments: the coffee machine at the beach bar not working one day, no milk to make cappuccinos at the other beach bar another day, no tomato sauce to make pizzas at the on-site pizzeria the next day. There was not a single socket in the conference room and reception area. This could be solved somehow, for example by organising an extension cord, but the promised technician...

Very big resort, so much to do! We stayed in the Dunes' beautiful location of the resort. Find time to explore the north side of the resort called Borgo! If you're not happy with your restaurant, let the reception know they can change the restaurant for you! Ask for recommendations at the reception of what is worth seeing in Sardinia! A hotel with an old-school, vintage feel. The decor is typical of European retro style; the rooms, though small, are very elegant. The service is excellent—polite but not overly enthusiastic, striking a good balance.

A pure European old-money style hotel, a niche high-end hotel group, the restaurant is very photogenic, the rooms are large, the facilities are average, there are very few Chinese people staying here, mostly old-money Europeans and Americans, it is not far from the main attractions, very convenient, quiet in the hustle and bustle!

I liked the hotel's decor, the location was convenient, and the service was excellent. However, I was woken up by mosquito bites in the room and had to swat them away in the middle of the night, which disrupted my sleep. I suggest adding an electronic mosquito killer. Also, while the service was good, there were too many additional charges; they even charged extra for escorting guests to their rooms

This is a very old-fashioned hotel, comparable to the Portman Hotel in Shanghai. The facilities are quite dated, but the breakfast is excellent, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is beautiful! One flaw: the aromatherapy in the lobby is a bit overpowering. The room has no fragrance, just a slight carpet smell, which caused my husband to sneeze when we walked in. At night, a cricket chirped...
