One of the best holidays we have ever had! Staff were amazing, the hotel grounds were stunning and everywhere smelt of flowers.

Imagine Centre Parcs in the sun, with a beautiful beach accessed through a wooded area, well tended grounds , numerous pools and activities galore. Rooms are spacious and clean. The service is perfect while the location is a little far from the city center

The suite is large and has a simple kitchen with a microwave and tableware, suitable for families. The hotel provides free buses to and from the city center, which takes about 20 minutes. The pick-up and drop-off points are close to the Mouth of Truth, which is convenient for guests. Great!

The service and attitude are quite poor. In addition, the hotel was booked two months ago, and the price should have been favorable. As a result, I found that the price dropped by 600 yuan on the day of check-in. I will not stay here again!

The room is nice and clean, and the hotel lobby reception is also good. Check in requires a credit card prepayment of 100 euros. 3 Daily yoga sessions by Catarina were lovely, she's very knowledgeable & such a warm personality. Great choice of different locations depending on weather. Highly recommended. Pilates by Sébastieno was great too. Great exercises, good tempo, a great way to start the day. Very much enjoyed & recommended. Also had a massage booked which was one of the best ones I have ever had.

Absolutely amazed by this place. Beautiful, clean, and the friendliest staff. My favorite was Claudia, who showed me Adonai Eremo AND gave the best ceramic painting class. It was a very welcomed creative part of the holiday. 10/10 would recommend going here, and look for events with Claudia - she’s the best!

This hotel has so much potential but there are several odd practices that need to be changed. The layout is very confusing. Food lukewarm at best, although pretty good products. This resort was a continuous discovery. I came here on my own, yet I never once felt alone thanks above all to the constant support from the reception, the Guest Relation, and the Concierge, who were truly helpful. I went there for New Year's Eve. I recommend flying instead of taking the train. The train station is a boat ride away from the hotel, but the airport has the hotel's own shuttle boat service, which is much more convenient.

This is a stunning resort. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. We were made to feel like family. The atmosphere is warm and caring, and nothing is too much trouble. The resort is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable. Thank you does not seem enough. The humor and kindness shown by the team by far is what made the holiday even more special. It's quiet here, but the quality of the Waldorf Astoria is not up to par. The parking fee is 45 yuan a day, which is incredible on the hill of Rome. The facilities are relatively old and really not worth the price.

The hotel is in a great location, but looking a bit tired and in need of a refurb. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Such a beautiful hotel, the staff here are incredibly friendly and hospitable, it is more aimed towards Italian customers which is perfect to immerse yourself in the culture. A perfect selection for foreign trackers to Alghero who enjoy high end hotels without being overly pretentious. The too S are comfortable however the beds are terrible firm and should all be outfitted with memory foam covers. They also sit a bit low to the ground but people in Europe tend to be shorter in general. The breakfast buffet was great with many options.

Such an amazing experience! First - as I am pregnant, asked for an early check in - no problem! Second, the pool is so clean that even in my state I was able to swim. Food was amazing, service, reception team… Rooms are super clean. Literally no remarks! If we ever come back to Sardinia, that would be the same hotel!
