Rooms are great but keep in mind that there aren't many options within walking distance, so it is better for an airport stayover or for people with a car

Close to the airport, the staff were friendly, and I was satisfied with the hotel facilities.

The golf course is right next door, which was very pleasant. The hotel's pool and music bar are also very nice. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to Rome and the airport

Not vegan friendly, two fishes for vegetarians though. Good breakfast, very reasonably priced. Pool is quite shallow, gym needs green pass to enter during covid19 (government requirement)

It's quite suitable for vacation, the environment is beautiful, it's nice to take pictures, the hotel is quite large, and there is a swimming pool

The pool here is the best I've seen. It is older and does not use chlorine. Water temperature and smell was amazing

This Hotel looks really nice as you enter. The lobby was bright and stylish. For this Hotel to improve it would be helpful to explain the room numbers more. It was confusing the first night

The hotel is relatively large, it may take 15-20 minutes by car from the airport, and it is about 8 kilometers by car to the Vatican

Also I observed that our bathroom had mold around the tub. I understand this is a large building and this may be hard to stay on top of. But if there was a way to address this issue it would good

We planned to stay here because we had an early morning flight, and we wanted to be at the airport 2. We ended up being too early at the airport because the check in counters only opened 2 hours before flight time! 🤣 🤣 🤣

I have been staying to this hotel for work for over 15years and for over 15 years I had the pleasure to experience the attentiveness and kindness of every single staff member

Best about the hotel is the connecting bridge that leads directly to T1 & T3 of the airport, where we needed only 10 mins to walk to T1

In particular I would like to thank Alina who is the breakfast hall attendant who is the kindest lady of the hotel

As far as airport hotels go this is good. Very expensive beer was my main negative.

She wellcomes her guests as if they were coming to her own house, she has a genuine smile and a kind and gentle attitude. Alina is attentive and caring and her sweet smile is a guarantee of Hilton breakfast

We loved the heated family pool which was a nice temperature and the kids splash park was great for our toddler! Be aware the big slides are for ages 5-10

The beach was a short walk through the forest with playground and hammocks on the way. The sunsets were incredible and so nice to enjoy a cocktail at the beach bar all inclusive

We thought the food was delicious at the main restaurant and the other restaurants and our daughter loved sitting at the kids table and buffet area which made it a lot more relaxed for us! We enjoyed a morning excursion to pizzo organised by the hotel

The staff are extremely attentive and polite, and both the resort and our room were always spotlessly clean. Maintenance staff were constantly working to keep everything in top condition

We stayed for a week in October in a two bedroom family room which was perfect for our stay with two young children

Imagine Centre Parcs in the sun, with a beautiful beach accessed through a wooded area, well tended grounds , numerous pools and activities galore. The air conditioning is noisy and ineffective

They arranged out taxi to the airport for 4 am for a fixed charge of €40 (12 minutes drive). The hotel is surprisingly large and functions as a convention hotel. The room was very large with a balcony (see photos)

Well maintained and smells great. great room!) For Bonvoy members, they have an executive lounge, which is open 24 hours a day. 5-7 pm, they offer "happy hour" with free wines and beers

The hotel lobby is absolutely beautiful. We were lucky enough to visit during Christmas, and they even had small gifts for guests. Highly recommend!

Since the hotel is near the airport, the taxi charge from downtown Rome was €55 (the fixed charge). The hotel is 13 km (9 miles) from the airport

There are plenty of food choices. In all, certainly not your typical airport hotel

Rooms clean, towels changed every day, room situated on seaview. Weather was fine but there's considerable humidity in the evening, rest of the day is fine

The only annoying thing is that so called "disco" that was not updated since 2008. Same tracks repeat each and every day. Very noisy "dj" that talks to the music incredibly loudly

The rooms are quite large, deserve a better maintenance; the bathrooms are a radical restructuring. Staff very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional

This is a gorgeous resort hotel that has excellent service, beautiful location. The pool is next level gorgeous next to sea. Excellent staff and concierge can book day trips

We stayed at this hotel from 15 to 22. Initially, we checked into room 963, which is practically the farthest building. We asked for something closer, but were told only tomorrow

A nice hotel with very professional and nice customer service! All the receptionists (especially Alessandro) were so helpful, smiling and welcoming. The breakfast was full of choices plus some Genoese flavours

Always stay here for business and it has been my 3rd time. Staff were nice and room was great. There’s not much restaurants nearby so need a car to go somewhere

I'm finding a pretty significant disparity (no free breakfast) between the AC brands and all other Marriott properties where I have spent time. Breakfast was good but only had 1 coffee machine to service everyone

Service was chaotic at times, with long waits (up to an hour) and confusion between courses. It felt like their system for taking and deliver

This hotel has so much potential but there are several odd practices that need to be changed. Food lukewarm at best, although pretty good products. Lovely grounds and beach area. AI drinks too small, shops mostly closed

When booking the website said snacks available throughout the day. The only snacks available within AI at the pool bar was what seemed to be left over breakfast pastries or cold squares of pizza

One pool offers music and activities and the other more relaxed. The third "indoor" pool isn't indoors, just had a sliding cover which was open. I guess this is used in colder months

Prices as of Sept 2025 were very reasonable. Pools - The 2 outdoor pools offer plenty of sun loungers. The reservation of beds is not stood for and is controlled by the life guards

Also the 3rd pool is only accessible via the spa (payment required). The Spa - We did use the spa facilities. Massage was great as were both the wet and dry saunas

Erasmo at the beach pool is very friendly and helpful. Having your own transport is helpful, as it is about a 30 minute walk to a supermarket or to Portichello, where there are bars and restaurants

The hotel offers two pools, a private beach area, gym with a wide range of equipment, padel and tennis courts, ensuring you’re never short of activities

The walk into the local village was also anti-climatic, not much to see and did not feel the safest as two female travellers. We spent most of the trip in the hotel, quite lucky the hotel was lovely!

Amazing, all you need! Amazing selection of food and drinks. Great service. Lots to do onsite. Great location for day trips and also offered shuttle bus trips.

Two that stood out were our maid Angela who looked after our room and Angelo who looked after us each breakfast time in the signature level breakfast room. It's well worth doing some of the excursions

Wonderful Stay at Hilton💕🙏🏼 I recently stayed at Hotel Hilton Ben to celebrate my birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience! The room was absolutely spectacular, spacious, and offered amazing views that made every morning feel special

The hotel also offers great extras, like a boat service that conveniently connects to town at a very good price, and even a free tour to Murano, which was such a thoughtful and helpful addition to our stay

I want to give a special mention to Herlane and Anyely, who provided such warm, professional, and attentive service, they truly made us feel at home

The train station is a boat ride away from the hotel, but the airport has the hotel's own shuttle boat service, which is much more convenient

The neighborhood is peaceful and charming, yet surrounded by wonderful restaurants, making it the perfect location to relax and explore

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the service throughout the hotel was exceptional

Guests are not allowed to serve themselves, which feels unusual for an all-inclusive hotel. Portions of meat are cut very small, and if you ask for more then 1 piece, the response and the side eye can feel uncomfortable

There was also one incident in the bar area that left a very negative impression: one of the bartenders was actually throwing up behind the bar while colleagues stood by laughing

On one occasion, when I tried to serve myself some soup, a member of staff even took the spoon from my hand, which I found surprising and a little off-putting

This was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to witness. Another concern was with the lifeguards. They seemed more focused on their phones than watching the sea, even during the biggest storm

If you want to take your kids in a fun enviroment with beautiful sea and all inclusive its the right place. Good for family with teenegers up to 17. Not so good if you want to be in a more quiet swetting… Overall good

The location is good near to the Milano Centrale Station. Oemar is very kind helping me. I checked out early in the morning at 05

15 and he accompanied me to wait the taxi outside the hotel and make sure that I was in the taxi and taxi left

The hotel is actually 10 min away from the central train station - my advice is don’t follow the 1st google suggestion (by foot) i feel like it takes you in side streets, when it’s easier to go on the main boulevard and then turn left, especially with a big luggages

Great location within walking distance of the city centre & central station. Tram 1 stops outside which takes you to the centre & Duomo. Friendly staffed, was able to store luggage until we left for the airport

Good breakfast with different options. We had an evening meal on the first night at the restaurant which was yum. Good clean tidy rooms, only negative was there is no coffee facilities in the rooms

You know what you get with Ibis. This building had a big spacious lobby, with a bar where you could get something to eat and drink. The staff was super friendly and check-in fast

The service is OK, but the outdoor swimming pool is not open in winter, and the indoor swimming pool is charged separately, which is not cost-effective

Overall Rating: 6/5 Stars We stayed with our infant daughter—it was a delight. She loved it, and staff made us all feel welcome in a luxurious, family-friendly setting

We were greeted by friendly and service-minded staff who made our holiday perfect for relaxation, whether in the stunning bay, the natural cave La Cricca, or the swimming pools located centrally and in the quieter relaxation area of the Masseria

At first, it was difficult to get used to the fact that sunbeds on the sandy beach come at an extra charge, and finding a free spot in the restaurant could also be challenging

The restaurant offers a wide selection of traditional and delicious food, catering to those seeking healthy, nutritious, and tasty meals or those wanting to indulge in the rich flavors of Southern Italian cuisine

Taking a boat along the coast from the resort, snorkeling, and enjoying the perfect weather, abundant sunshine, and warm sea water was an incredible experience

This year, we also visited the local and natural beaches Baia dei Turchi and Spiaggia Alimini, just a 15-25 minute walk north of the resort

Beautiful facility with amazing views from the balcony of Lago Maggiore and the mountains beyond. Convenient to the ferry stop and local restaurants

The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever seen, quite luxurious

However, here comes the criticism. There was a huge garden party taking place on Saturday which was probably the main reason for "moving" us. It would have been appropriate to get that information when checking in

The location with a private beach is perfect and in early September it was almost empty! Service was flawless and we even had an upgrade to a slightly bigger Junior suite with a fantastic lake view

A nice stay with a disappointing check out. Me and my girlfriend spent the weekend in this hotel. Worth mentioning, this is a conference hotel and probably works best for bigger groups

Even though we were staying at the other side of the hotel we could hear the bass until the party stopped at 2am and my girlfriend didn't get a proper sleep

The hotel room was clean and the location was great, right next to the Duomo in Milan. However, the valet parking attendant seemed grumpy and there was no staff to help with luggage.

Due to a system issue that caused room overbooking, we were unable to stay at the original hotel. The staff immediately arranged accommodation at another hotel with a slight room upgrade

It is a super expensive hotel but excellent breakfast and good services. Just take too long time to wait for my room without further notices even I left my phone number. It is over price in this room size and quality

The 'king-size' bed is actually two 1-meter mattresses pushed together, with a noticeable dip in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on
