The beach was a short walk through the forest with playground and hammocks on the way. The sunsets were incredible and so nice to enjoy a cocktail at the beach bar all inclusive

We thought the food was delicious at the main restaurant and the other restaurants and our daughter loved sitting at the kids table and buffet area which made it a lot more relaxed for us! We enjoyed a morning excursion to pizzo organised by the hotel

We had our wonderful October Holiday in Tui magic Calabria. Really best food, thank you restaurant staff. Great selection of different types of dishes: a lot of fish we have tasted during our stay, amazing pasta & pizza

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. Excellent food and great choice. One suggestion, allocate a table for the duration of the holiday as we found it very busy at times with limited available tables

Our stay at TUI Magic Life left the warmest impressions! We stayed in the Private Zone, block 7, room 7022, and it was an excellent choice — quiet, comfortable, and very well maintained

Quick service in buffet, clean tables. Relaxing nature and large hotel territory. Lacation was far away from stores or city but we went few times out to Tropea and Pizzo

Rooms clean, towels changed every day, room situated on seaview. Weather was fine but there's considerable humidity in the evening, rest of the day is fine

Very good food all inclusive so a good price. Older facility not well maintained. Very nice beach easy access.

The only annoying thing is that so called "disco" that was not updated since 2008. Same tracks repeat each and every day. Very noisy "dj" that talks to the music incredibly loudly

Absolutely amazed by this place. Beautiful, clean, and the friendliest staff. My favorite was Claudia, who showed me Adonai Eremo AND gave the best ceramic painting class

We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. It’s a beautiful resort with delicious restaurants, excellent tennis and padel courts, as well as great activity programs

It was a very welcomed creative part of the holiday. 10/10 would recommend going here, and look for events with Claudia - she’s the best!

Highly recommended are the pizza-making class and the Pilates session with Sebastiano!

Everything was clean and well taken care of. The staff there was lovely, there just weren’t enough of them! It was clear it was just after high season.

This is a gorgeous resort hotel that has excellent service, beautiful location. The pool is next level gorgeous next to sea. Excellent staff and concierge can book day trips

The walk into the local village was also anti-climatic, not much to see and did not feel the safest as two female travellers. We spent most of the trip in the hotel, quite lucky the hotel was lovely!

The hotel offers two pools, a private beach area, gym with a wide range of equipment, padel and tennis courts, ensuring you’re never short of activities

This hotel is lovely and clean very modern views where good but it’s in the middle of nowhere no shop near no entertainment during the day or night staff don’t understand English they are so rude breakfast ok if you like cakes hotdogs the walk to the harbour from the hotel is so scary no foot paths the cars are so fast it’s just unreal cleaners cleaned every day but only changed sheets once The boat...

Pros: • Cleanliness: The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Public areas and toilet facilities were clean and regularly attended to. • Facilities: There is always something to do

The location of the hotel would make us not come back! A 15/20 min walk from the nearest station down a very dangerous road, with no pathway for majority of it! High speed road, and quite bendy

At first, it was difficult to get used to the fact that sunbeds on the sandy beach come at an extra charge, and finding a free spot in the restaurant could also be challenging

Pier Luigi is an extraordinary gifted coach, imparting critical knowledge in an understandable and engaging way, to enable my son to grasp the techniques required to play his few holes of golf

Beautiful surroundings, privacy in a secluded bay, crystal-clear sea, and good food including fish, fruit, and vegetables. However, the rooms are very small with older furnishings

This year, we also visited the local and natural beaches Baia dei Turchi and Spiaggia Alimini, just a 15-25 minute walk north of the resort

Returning to Le Cale d'Otranto Beach Resort with our family and friends was simply wonderful

We were greeted by friendly and service-minded staff who made our holiday perfect for relaxation, whether in the stunning bay, the natural cave La Cricca, or the swimming pools located centrally and in the quieter relaxation area of the Masseria

This hotel has so much potential but there are several odd practices that need to be changed. Food lukewarm at best, although pretty good products. Lovely grounds and beach area. AI drinks too small, shops mostly closed

Dinner - Same as lunch but with more options including a roast station which changed each day from meat to fish. Drinks during meals - beer, red and white wine on tap as were water and soft drinks

  The room - The room was made up each day but not cleaned. You knew when the maids were coming as the hallways echoed loudly of the trollies and them shouting from room to room to each other

Breakfast ran from 7:30 to 9:30 we didn't make it down for this. Lunch - plenty of choice from local cuisine to pizza, burgers, chips etc. Fresh fruit and ice cream was available at lunch only

If you required a kettle, iron and anything else you had to rent them. Someone told us in the resort a kettle was €30 for the week! Food - We stayed as an all inclusive guest

If you like a lay in or are a light sleeper be aware that day or night the corridors offer very little peace. The room had no amenities other than a TV and an empty fridge

Their dedication and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. Overall, Torre Cintola deserves a perfect score of 10 for its fantastic environment, incredible food and drinks, and exceptional staff

Breakfast was just ok. Eggs were not very tasty. A lot of bread to choose from if you like that. Could use some pancakes or french toast.

Bedding not changed once in a week and toilet and sink not cleaned! Probably overstretched cleaning team doing way too much. The lifeguard on the big pool could use some mannners! As the lady manager at the beach bar

Nice resort on the seaside Didn’t like that you couldn’t have anything to eat after nine at night. When travelling and arrive late, you have no option. Other than that, nice place to stay

Stunning resort, the kids club is outstanding and the evening shows are really good. The room was very clean when we arrived but the daily clean was not good at all

This is a really nice resort that is customer focused! I loved that it had inclusive food options and lots to do for kids! Great place for families or couples

The sunbeds and towels at the beach are free, except for the 2 front rows and there is a café there for drinks etc

There is a private beach that belongs to the hotel, it is a 10 min walk away or you can get a buggy which is constantly running

The only downside was the toilets, there are none at the beach itself, you have to walk 2 mins to the restaurant and use those

Excellent food and good facilities. Close to beach and local town with free shuttle service to both locations. 7 night stay is enough as not much to see or do. Evening entertainment begins at 10pm

What a wonderful place to stay, we were upgraded to room 3120, which was lovely, on the ground floor, double aspect windows with French doors opening out to a large balcony. It was spotless and the service was impeccable

Another night we ate at the restaurant by the beach, which I thought was very good and not badly priced

The rooms, gardens and facilities are recently renovated and kept in immaculate condition and are stunningly beautiful! The private beach with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas is situated right in front of a separate beach bar and restaurant, which makes it convenient to spend your day there without wanting for anything

The water is so clear that on calm days you would swear it was glass. The pool area is well organized, with separate areas of loungers if you prefer some quiet time during the day

Every year we visit (this was our third), the food experience gets better and better, with an incredible variety of foods prepared by chefs that results in what feels like a truly elevated experience over many other resorts

From the moment you are greeted by the friendly reception desk, prepare for a truly enjoyable and memorable vacation at the Rocca Nettuno resort

Pasquale, Pascal, Franceso and Michaele in the dining area are the consummate professionals and I cannot forget to thank Guiseppe who made us the best lattes in the morning! There are a few changes since the property changed ownership this year but we were thrilled to see all our favourite staff are still here and that the rooms and grounds are better than ever

As mentioned, great location, very close to the sea, and a short and nice walk away from Cefalù. There is a hotel beach as well with sunbeds. We visited 9-14 Sept, and we never had problems finding free sunbeds

I like the location about a 40 minute walk to the town centre with a beautiful beach walk to town, the hotel is situated away from the tourist crowds

Breakfast in the restaurant basic, but definitely sufficient. Dinner very good and veeeeery tasty (compliments to the chef and the staff!). There is also a bistro at the hotel, where you can buy something tasty for lunch

The rooms may need some modernisation, but this was not an issue. Also, there was a safe box in the room. As of the staff in general, very friendly people, they were always nice and attentive to anything we needed

During the peak season it may be more challenging. Overall very positive experience. A few extra notes: There is a train track next to the hotel, but the trains are not very frequent and do not make much noise

An excellent hotel on the north coast of the island. The old town is also nearby, about a 20-minute easy walk. The rooms are nice and clean because room service is regular every day

OK, the rooms are not brand new and it is a little longer walk to Vieste, but therefore you get: clean and well maintained rooms, very friendly and professional staff, free parking, a hotel owned beach club just across the street and an impressive atmosphere

One of our favorites This is an amazing resort. Beautiful beach and pool. Very nice rooms, wonderful service and an excellent breakfast buffet, beachfront lunch and three course dinner. We will be back.

There is a road between the hotel and the beach but it’s not a bother because there’s a tunnel under the road so ot feels like direct access

The beach area is also very spacious and gives a luxurious feeling compared to the other umbrella teas along the beach. Something we really appreciated about the hotel was the breakfast

The morning staff and especially the service and the kindness of Camilla, made the whole experience of staying at Pizzomunno so comforting. All the personal at the bars and the beach was perfect

Both a huge and high quality sweet selection (which we don’t appreciate but know many do) as well as made to order egg dishes, good bread, cheese, ham and even a juice station where you could make your own juice with a choice of many fruits as well ass healthy vegetables including fresh ginger

However there are many disappointing things that the management needs to resolve extra costs for the safe in your room, to park your car, the use of pool towels plus the drinks are expensive and food at lunch is all but none existent and expensive

The hotel,setting is beautiful,the staff very nice pool is beautiful and clean,rooms are nice and clean and nice views,cleaners very nice and in every day,beach is lovely there are big stones/pebbles but that’s they type of beach it is natural

The staff are attentive and friendly, some of whom you can tell really love their job. There is an onsite mini mart where you can purchase items such as cigarettes, suncream, beach wear and bags

Me and my partner have just had a weeks stay at this resort and from reading the reviews I was skeptical but I can honestly say it’s one of the best places we have stayed. The resort itself is absolutely stunning

We were all inclusive and originally found lunch a little confusing due to it being a sit down meal type, with menus and prices requiring us to ask reception to re-explain the rules around this

We came towards the end of the season and these activities were still offered, as well as air con still being on in the rooms despite what is stated on the information

You find a bit of rocks when you enter into the beach but it's 2-3 steps then you arrive to the sand again 🙂 Note for the hotel: Do a bit of improvement for the drinks and make a beach bar that the people should not walk up from the beach only to drink

The beach is beautiful, the hotel is set in a stunning location among the mountains, and the rooms are clean and comfortable

9% Italian guests, so unless you speak Italian you’ll feel left out Nowhere near main town of Cagliari, costs €130 each way and 1 hour to get there! Entertainment all in Italian €200 per week for front row sun-bed’s at the beach! Too many beach sellers No mushrooms or tomatoes, only meat, pastries and fruit for breakfast, no good for vegans No poolside umbrella’s No beach bar Complex at a 45 degree...

A nice family hotel on a wonderful beach. There are breach activities which can be booked like pedalo rent, boat trips,. But it's still quite quiet compared to other rather big resorts

Thank you does not seem enough. The humor and kindness shown by the team by far is what made the holiday even more special. We will be back, and we will win at Boccia next time!

The divide between adults and family areas while evident doesn't make you feel excluded. Some days we would drop our child in the kids club and head over to the adult pool but also happy to just around the kid's pool

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge staff in particular went above and beyond normal expectations. The property is very well situated to explore the many must see towns in Puglia

I must say that after asking the very helpful receptionist for some conditioner, 3 little plastic bottles were delivered to the room. Having said that i can’t wait to come back, this hotel is just wonderful

A special romantic getaway- highly recommend! Absolutely amazing stay! It was such a special trip for our anniversary and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more lovely to make sure that every moment we had at Borgo was exactly what we had hoped for

Three things to look into, the WiFi is not very strong, the beach/pool towels are old and fraying and there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom

Almost every night theres something happening- like a theater or stand up comedy and everything is in Italian, me and my family know a few languages close to Italian so we could understand a thing or two but honesty sometimes we did felt kind of left out, otherwise it was great! The food was awesome, (And everything was written in italian, english and german which was great) the people were super kind...

We were all inclusive but staff seemed to think they were doing us a favour getting us a drink. The pool bar was the only place to get drinks during the day and very limited options

The apertivo evenings were a joke and there were long queues to get a drink again very restricted options and if they ran out - tough

Staff in the restaurant tried to be helpful but seemed to be in fear of the senior staff who were openly contemptuous of guests so think the culture of the hotel needs addressing

Family friendly place, many guests are with little children

The entire staff were so helpfull and friendly!! At the beach bar, the "sports beach", the guys were so fun, Elia & Federico took especialy good care of us, we really felt special!! The park grounds are huge

Borgo Cala Moresca brings us a very joyful experience. The private beach located in a wonderful view. The ecopark fulfills with mix of mountain goats and ships

I would, however, think before taking advice to go for lunch at La Palme restaurant on the other side of the resort, as we were treated like a group of second-rate citizens, virtually turned away by the jumped up teenager, manning the entrance like a bouncer, who insisted on €100 payment to even set foot in the door

Quite frankly, I don’t think we missed much. Another person to mention is Marco the front desk manager, who arranged an airport transfer by an excellent operator and tour guide, also Marco

A beautiful resort staffed by delightful young students, our favourite being Diego, the lifeguard, who rushed to assist my daughter after she was stung by a wasp while in the pool

The wasps were plentiful, and caused quite a lot of anxiety throughout our stay, not limited to my family

Activities could of been a little more for children. Kids club wasn't the best but they enjoyed it. in all was a buitifull place with the beach less than 2

Positives, located right on a white, soft sand beach. Room is swell equipped with a comfortable king size bed, fridge, free wifi, safe and effective Aircon. The majority of staff are very pleasant and welcoming

In a group of 18 I can not fault the hotel, the staff the Resturant team and especially the animation team (entertainment) We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived and like friends by the next day The holiday has been one to remember with memories never to be forgotten

The restaurant on the beach is amazing. As a group we tried almost the whole menu. The fish is super fresh and service very friendly and flexible

Even though it is a large restaurant, management keeps strong attention to detail and service. Great wine list with top local selections

The room was very cleaned and had an every day quality cleaning. Access to private beach was a huge plus

The facilities are below expectations if you want to sport and tennis really is not the place to go. Beach is nice....food quality is good....long queues for a cappuccino for a silly booking systems.

On the bright side, the outdoor gym was incredible, never crowded and with all machines and equipment we liked and use. Staff was being attentive , professional, and available to assist with our needs

We stayed in Grandserena at the end of September (10 to 24th). Our stay was really pleasant and enjoyable, especially before September 15. It was time for the great entertainment and sport activities

Bizarre system of being required to buy credit in advance for bar/ food with any unspent surplus retained by the hotel. Beach and pool towels available for hire! Felt generally ripped off

The abundant breakfast and diverse restaurant options were a treat! The hotel’s sandy beach were wonderful and the Spa and Acqua park were fantastic bonuses

First of all the rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. Fresh linen and towel provided each day. The pool areas are clean, tidy and family friendly. There is entertainment on around throughout the day

The entertainment team were exceptional, always ready to meet you with a smile and friendly face. Great food and drinks and in a beautiful setting, with easy access to cefalu. I will definitely be back again

We had an incredible time at the hotel! Everything was perfect, from our spacious, modern seafront room with breathtaking views to the fantastic amenities that truly made it feel like a home away from home

An amazing hotel, so friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean. It is no trouble for any of the staff to do anything for you. The bar staff are all excellent, especially bar manager Rosario

As one waiter (very kind and friendly) said, it feels like being on a cruise ship, but on dry land

The food was excellent, always fresh and varied, the staff were helpful and smiling, and the service was excellent everywhere (from the entrance to the beach)

At the bar, one of the staff (a guy with colorful ties whose name I don't know) treated us and his colleague to excellent aperitifs and delicious after-dinner drinks. In short, we will be returning with immense pleasure

I loved the starters at the show cooking station and I enjoyed excellent fish

An experience that was almost an A+

But honestly, after half a day, the flaw I'd noticed (the bathrooms were a bit dated, though perfectly functional) faded into the background compared to the location and everything else surrounding it
