The bungalow I’ve stayed in was dirty and has lots of gnats flying around, shower is too small and has very slow drain, and the door feature is not emergency friendly in case of fire. Thanks for the good service, but I will not recommend the place in the future.

So-so Photos are not super accurate. It has an RV park area, a camping area as well as the units. The unit itself had a small kitchen which would have been nice if we were there long, a bedroom with 3 twin beds and when you walk in, that also was a bedroom with a double (really 2 twins together with a sheet over them). The bathroom was ok - not super clean (ants on the floor) and the shower drain...

Stayed here unexpectedly for 4 nights when flight was delayed. We were made very welcome by Genarro and all the reception staff and can’t thank them enough, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was basic but had air con, fridge and shower with plenty hot water and although could do with updating it was comfortable and right next to the most beautiful beach...

Honestly it’s actually quite a nice place, we are here in winter with a camper, only people staying here. The staff at the bar and restaurant are lovely and we have been getting along really well. The place is for sure run down but good news is that there is a bunch of people working on it now and hopefully by summer it will be looking good!

This place has an amazing beach and it is not expensive. Very close proximity to the airport, a highway and some shopping malls. Otherwise it is trashy, surrounded by piles of trash and doesn't care much about clearing a trash. Mess looks to be a normal state here, which is not good or bad, it is just something you may like as a backpacker or a surfer, or consider unacceptable as a family or someone...

The bungalows with a window overlooking the sea, good value for money, close to airport, friendly staff. Only negative is the restaurant... maybe because it is still the season has not taken off☺

Relaxing on the garden terrace is a great way to unwind after a long day. Parking is very convenient, just steps from the room. Great accommodation. Beautiful, modern room. Super easy to reach by bus from the airport and very centrally located. The only things that would be great are a mirror in the room and storage space in the bathroom and shower. Otherwise, simply fantastic. The staff is also super friendly. And everything is keyless with a PIN, which makes it easy. You never have to think about keys, etc. Highly recommended

Great! Very good location, a 10-minute walk from everything, even though Olbia's center is very small. I particularly appreciated the proximity to the bus stop that goes to the airport, or to other places. Nice and clean but we found it noisy and quite hot. Room was very nice though! Bathroom not in room but fine because it is private and close.

The guesthouse is self-check-in; you just put the tax in the small box. We checked in quite early, and the room was already prepared. The room is cleaned daily, and there's free water and sparkling water. It's great value for money and quite close to the station. The staff doesn't speak much English, but you can use a translator to communicate.

The bathroom is outside the bedroom and air condition didn't work.

I stayed here for 3 nights whilst attending a conference nearby. The place is very easy to miss, with just two giant wooden doors and no obvious signage indicating that the rooms are there. I recently stayed at a guesthouse in Rome, and the experience was excellent. The location was ideal, close to major attractions, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the authentic Italian charm of the place. Overall, a highly recommended stay for anyone visiting Rome.

Lovely guesthouse, with modern and comfy rooms, and nice ammenities! Only downsides was that the shower had problems with delivering warm water, and very little storage space in the room and very thin walls that let a lot of noise through. Other than that I recommend it.

Exactly what we needed for our vacation; luxury, excellent service and hospitality at a top notch location in beautiful South Tyrol. We had a day a little chill for the season and took the opportunity to try the Spa and Sauna area; I can imagine that a visit out of summer season could be a great experience. We had a great time staying at the Cielo Vaticano Guest House! Just a 10 minute walk to the Vatican, 5 minutes to the Ottaviano metro, it's far enough to not be a tourist trap but close enough to get everywhere you need to!

More of a bed than a bed and breakfast. They do offer a proper breakfast for a fee, but you're much better off just walking the 30 yards into town.

I was extremely impressed by this quaint B &B. The staff are friendly. The rooms are spotless. And while you will hear noise from (only) the late night pub across the road it does add to the location and vibe. Recommended. BTW ask for coffee in the morning instead of the instant. And the service will help you with any issues. Enjoy and stay in the older renovated rooms with the fresco. Wow

We had an excellent stay at Casa Rovai, the staff were friendly and helpful, and stored our bags for us on our last day. Our room was beautiful and peaceful. Nice convenient guest house at a good rate. I liked that there was somewhere to get fresh drinking water in the lobby area. The only thing I didn't particularly like was that I had to walk through the lobby area to get to the external private bathroom for my room (note: I knew it would be external but not exactly where it was. A hotel for one night before catching the boat, but no more. The lady who greeted us was lovely and did her best to make us happy. However, I booked this hotel because it had a swimming pool, and what a disappointment! The water was cloudy and heavily chlorinated, so swimming wasn't really recommended.

Comfortable stay for the most part Hotel is a portion of a larger building. The advance communication from the proprietors was pretty good as far as accessing the unit. Yet, when we arrived late on a Saturday night, we couldn't get the main door from the street to open. Great location, clean and with good enough wifi for some remote work. Plus the service is immaculate. I was welcomed like in home, had a great chat while being checked in and got a great deal of great tips about where to go and what to eat.

The best thing about the hotel was the location. The bathroom was also good, and the comfort of the beds. The breakfast a little poor for my opinion. Reception was just next to rooms and wall is also really thin. We could hear their talking and also snore from next room. It's a decent hotel, not fancy at all. But stuff were very friendly and nice.
