Tuscany Gem
This was the nicest place we stayed in Tuscany. It had a great location, the staff was super friendly and helpful especially the front desk. It was quiet and relaxing . Having a restaurant on sight was a plus. We stayed 3 days and loved it.

Villa Sestilia is a beautiful Tuscan country villa in a peaceful and quiet location. From beginning to end every member of staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, they made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. There is a fabulous restaurant on site, Casi Masi, serving delicious food at reasonable prices. There are two pools, and lovely garden walks throughout. If you're driving, the property is within easy driving distance of many beautiful Tuscan towns such as San Gimignano. We loved every minute of our stay here, we would come back in a heartbeat and would highly recommend Villa Sestilia to others.

Really nice building, grounds,nand rooms if the pool a bit too crowded. The lady who checked us out was actively hostile and repeated herself in a very patronizing way over and over about really something quite trivial (we simply asked to split the bill between two credit cards because some was a business expense - she ranted and ranted to us in a totally unacceptable way saying that they would have to pay two credit card fees even though we offered to pay the additional surcharge ourselves. I did not understand this because in any venue one would pay for difference things at different times, like the meals and the drinks and the room but they said every expense must go on one charge). The experience was very offensive and surreal. It was the second time we stayed at the villa but, obviously, the last.

We stayed for only one night, but it was a very enjoyable visit. The rooms were amazing in the bathroom was warm and large and immaculately clean. The owners showed us where the refrigerator was in case we got hungry or thirsty during the night. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous with fresh bread and various kinds of croissants. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous B&B in the heart of Tuscany. Great restaurant also. Breakfast amongst the best I've had in Italy. Would be 5 star excepting for the bathrooms fittings could do with updating as the shower screen in our room would leak and the toilet flush was temperamental. Also, occasional smell from the external drains around the house. Fix these small matters and would definately be 5 out of 5.
