Hotels All-inclusive in Italy

We thought the food was delicious at the main restaurant and the other restaurants and our daughter loved sitting at the kids table and buffet area which made it a lot more relaxed for us! We enjoyed a morning excursion to pizzo organised by the hotel

The beach was a short walk through the forest with playground and hammocks on the way. The sunsets were incredible and so nice to enjoy a cocktail at the beach bar all inclusive

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. Excellent food and great choice. One suggestion, allocate a table for the duration of the holiday as we found it very busy at times with limited available tables

We loved the heated family pool which was a nice temperature and the kids splash park was great for our toddler! Be aware the big slides are for ages 5-10

The mini discos were brilliant for the kids

Shout out to Ignazio Adam Roberto and Vincento. VIP cocktail bar well worth the extra €3 per drink. Great hotel for families with plenty to do

Very good food all inclusive so a good price. Older facility not well maintained. Very nice beach easy access.

The only annoying thing is that so called "disco" that was not updated since 2008. Same tracks repeat each and every day. Very noisy "dj" that talks to the music incredibly loudly

Rooms clean, towels changed every day, room situated on seaview. Weather was fine but there's considerable humidity in the evening, rest of the day is fine

We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. It’s a beautiful resort with delicious restaurants, excellent tennis and padel courts, as well as great activity programs

Beautiful property with lovely pool and ladders into the sea. Staff very friendly & great dining options. Very peaceful resort with lovely views of Etna from the sea shore.

They kept their promise and settled in 346, without any additional payment. The All Inclusive and All Inclusive Plus systems operate here

This is a gorgeous resort hotel that has excellent service, beautiful location. The pool is next level gorgeous next to sea. Excellent staff and concierge can book day trips

Absolutely amazed by this place. Beautiful, clean, and the friendliest staff. My favorite was Claudia, who showed me Adonai Eremo AND gave the best ceramic painting class

It was a very welcomed creative part of the holiday. 10/10 would recommend going here, and look for events with Claudia - she’s the best!

The staff were wonderful, especially Francesco who served us at the buffet everyday and took initiative to learn my kids names and know their food preparation preferences, the personal greeting each meal by name made it extra special

Amazing, all you need! Amazing selection of food and drinks. Great service. Lots to do onsite. Great location for day trips and also offered shuttle bus trips.

Rooms were cleaned very well every day. Staff were helpful with day excursions. Food at buffet was tasty and well presented. A la Carte restaurants were good quality and a nice change.

Hotel is fantastic, only slight draw back was the pool restaurant had flies landing on the food

At the sports restaurant, the menu offered a "mystery burger" included with the all-inclusive option or the choice to pay extra for an Angus burger. The meal provided with the all-inclusive package was basic in flavor

The drinks included in the all-inclusive package were not listed, so guests needed to ask which beverages incurred additional charges

And evening entertainment at the resort is very poor and mainly geared towards children! We were on a fully inclusive package, but there are only two bar areas that cater for all inclusive, and all drinks are served in plastic cups including cocktails! Which makes you feel like you are in a student bar rather than a 4 star resort

This hotel has so much potential but there are several odd practices that need to be changed. Food lukewarm at best, although pretty good products. Lovely grounds and beach area. AI drinks too small, shops mostly closed

Dinner - Same as lunch but with more options including a roast station which changed each day from meat to fish. Drinks during meals - beer, red and white wine on tap as were water and soft drinks

Travel & Arrival My fiancé and I (both around 30, no kids) stayed at this resort for eight nights in July 2025, booking a premium double room with an all-inclusive package. Getting there from Catania was straightforward

So this was very disappointing. There are two other places to eat. One restaurant is only available if you have a premium room. The other is a bar offering coffee, cocktails and local snacks (arincini etc)

Drinks - Beer, cocktails, wine, spirits and soft drinks but all served in a small plastic cup. All fine and tasted pretty good. Premium cocktails and bottled beer drinks available to buy

At first, it was difficult to get used to the fact that sunbeds on the sandy beach come at an extra charge, and finding a free spot in the restaurant could also be challenging

Golf Coach Pier Luigi taught my son his very first golf lesson. We subsequently had several more lessons because he enjoyed himself so much, ending our stay with a mini game

Beautiful surroundings, privacy in a secluded bay, crystal-clear sea, and good food including fish, fruit, and vegetables. However, the rooms are very small with older furnishings

The restaurant offers a wide selection of traditional and delicious food, catering to those seeking healthy, nutritious, and tasty meals or those wanting to indulge in the rich flavors of Southern Italian cuisine

We were greeted by friendly and service-minded staff who made our holiday perfect for relaxation, whether in the stunning bay, the natural cave La Cricca, or the swimming pools located centrally and in the quieter relaxation area of the Masseria

Taking a boat along the coast from the resort, snorkeling, and enjoying the perfect weather, abundant sunshine, and warm sea water was an incredible experience

Guests are not allowed to serve themselves, which feels unusual for an all-inclusive hotel. Portions of meat are cut very small, and if you ask for more then 1 piece, the response and the side eye can feel uncomfortable

There was also one incident in the bar area that left a very negative impression: one of the bartenders was actually throwing up behind the bar while colleagues stood by laughing

On one occasion, when I tried to serve myself some soup, a member of staff even took the spoon from my hand, which I found surprising and a little off-putting

This was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to witness. Another concern was with the lifeguards. They seemed more focused on their phones than watching the sea, even during the biggest storm

Overall an excellent experience with value for money. I picked a comfort room All inclusive- and it is a must as you get a better restaurant, room and beach bed closest to the water

The beach is beautiful, the hotel is set in a stunning location among the mountains, and the rooms are clean and comfortable

The rooms, gardens and facilities are recently renovated and kept in immaculate condition and are stunningly beautiful! The private beach with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas is situated right in front of a separate beach bar and restaurant, which makes it convenient to spend your day there without wanting for anything

The water is so clear that on calm days you would swear it was glass. The pool area is well organized, with separate areas of loungers if you prefer some quiet time during the day

Every year we visit (this was our third), the food experience gets better and better, with an incredible variety of foods prepared by chefs that results in what feels like a truly elevated experience over many other resorts

From the moment you are greeted by the friendly reception desk, prepare for a truly enjoyable and memorable vacation at the Rocca Nettuno resort

The all-inclusive meals were tasty, with options for vegetarians as well. House wines and beers were included with meals, and the desserts were delicious

Pasquale, Pascal, Franceso and Michaele in the dining area are the consummate professionals and I cannot forget to thank Guiseppe who made us the best lattes in the morning! I would say renting a car is a must as without you will miss a lot. We rented a car from a private person. Also booked a trip with Studio Vacanze to La Maddalena which was well organized

Breakfast was pretty much the same every day but the lunch and dinner menus did vary day by day. Next to the restaurant there is a pizza booth cooking fresh pizzas at lunch and dinner time too

We visited Janna e Sole in May 2024 and 2025, 2 adults and 9yo. Overall we had a nice and relaxed stay last year and this year. Food: mostly good and very good, a little % so so

, for us there was good variety of options, pizza made by Marco and Claudio DELICIOUS!!! (siete stupendi) Location: short distance from airport, beautiful beaches starts in just 15 min drive

With it being towards the end of the season we were expecting it to be quiet but the animation team were absolutely fantastic and made it as much fun as if it was peak season

Of course, we went out to eat at the restaurant, but it was nice to be able to come back and enjoy a glass of wine, a beer, and some fruit in the hotel restaurant

It seemed like an all-inclusive resort for families staying for extended periods. I didn't know that before, but it was an interesting experience. Oh, and there's a private beach right in front

Very Nice interior and exterior design. Drinks are good. Food various but seems to be of nearly big wholesale place only

When I made the reservation, I wondered if breakfast and dinner were included. Was this an all-inclusive resort? I didn't quite understand, but it was. Snacks, drinks, and a dinner buffet were included

The food was amazing, had we gone with our children we would have struggled a bit(they are rather fussy), but the two of us enjoyed everything! Our only little annoyance, was the pool- lovely and clean but just a touch cold! Would have been better for us if it was slightly warmer, however we understand it's a naturally heated pool so it's not going to be warm all year

We went as a belated wedding anniversary, we were treated really well. We got a cake and fruit platter on arrival to the room!! The hotel was fantastic, really clean and looked really good

A special thank you to the staff for their help in a difficult situation – they found and returned my lost wedding ring. We’re incredibly grateful and will definitely come back! 💛

On the bright side, the outdoor gym was incredible, never crowded and with all machines and equipment we liked and use. Staff was being attentive , professional, and available to assist with our needs

We stayed in Grandserena at the end of September (10 to 24th). Our stay was really pleasant and enjoyable, especially before September 15. It was time for the great entertainment and sport activities

Also I would like to mention some areas for improvement: The inconsistency in food seasoning and the assortment in the buffet; The information about the seasonal/monthly set of activities

Mornings begin with the scent of coffee and sea breeze; evenings end in quiet luxury. The staff are attentive yet discreet, making you feel both cared for and independent

We were assume some water sport activities, but was not have any. We prefer to know when and what types of sport activities are available for the visitors

They REALLY went above and beyond to help me plan the proposal for my girlfriend — they made it so special and were always in contact with me 24/7 to make sure everything was perfect

An absolute must if you are looking for somewhere to unplug and relax while looking out at the Mediterranean Sea

The spa is also a really nice opportunity to unwind even more. Location: The resort is tucked away in a resort area, but Sciacca is ~10 min away by car and has great restaurants, stores + shopping

But what really made our stay unforgettable was the amazing service, especially from Gianluca Interrante, the Hotel Manager. We had a small issue during our stay, and Gianluca went above and beyond to take care of it

This resort exceeded our expectations in service, accommodation and experience especially during their quiet season. Service: The staff is incredibly helpful, warm and welcoming. Truly felt like a 5-star experience

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mangia’s Torre del Barone Resort in Sicily! The place is stunning , a perfect combination of beautiful surroundings, relaxing atmosphere, and warm hospitality

Soft drinks were also included

The facilities include 3 pools, hot tubs, restaurants, an elevator that takes you to street level so you can walk the 5 minutes to the beach, free beach chairs and an umbrella at the beach

It was large, clean and had a BALCONY with views of the ocean! Breakfast was included in the base price and it was a full breakfast with every breakfast food you can imagine! Bacon, eggs, potatoes, fresh squeezed OJ, pastries, breads, yogurt, coldcuts, etc

etc! We added the dinner option and it was unbelievable also! Nightly, they had pasta station with like 5 kinds of pasta, salad bar, Antipasti bar, meat station (with 4 different meat choices), dessert station with at least 8 pastries nightly AND gelato

Great hotel on the most amazing place. All people are so friendly and happy. It is so enjoyable. Everything clean and nice. I would definitely come again. I recommend it 100%.

Stayed here for 3 nights, got lost a few times trying to find my way around hotel, it will not be suitable for some with mobility issues

Bad point that even with all-inclusive, you need to go to the reseception at 15 to subscribe to these additional restaurants. Drinks were also sad, all with sugar

We wanted a beach front hotel and all inclusive. This hotel is good for our needs. Great beach and sea. All inclusive was fine. Plenty of nice food and drinks. All inclusive all we can’t fault it and would go back.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Right on the beach with ocean views from my room. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The property has easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants.

Hotel Club Eloro in Noto, Sicily, offers a cozy setting with sea views. Modern accents and warm lighting create a welcoming ambiance. The Italian and Mediterranean dishes are flavorful, my friends did enjoy it

The hotel is very nice. The pool is good for all there is even a kids pool. The staff is very kind and the food was delicious. The game room is perfect fo yuths and a great game. The rooms were perfect.

Rooms were clean, staff were helpful, the pool, private beach, games room, and other facilities were great, and breakfast had a good variety. I would stay here again.

The bathroom contained all the necessary for my grooming routine. Definitely a place to stay in when in Cervia

Lunches and dinners were a great experience every day. All inclusive in the bars during the day is basically enough, but I would include the offer of at least one wine among soft drinks and beer

Great little pizza place just around the corner, but we paid for full board so had breakfast, lunch and dinner supplied in the Club Hotel Dante Restaurant - food was great every day. Room was good everything we needed

There are fitness machines and a children’s playground on the premises, which is great for active guests and families with kids

The hotel,setting is beautiful,the staff very nice pool is beautiful and clean,rooms are nice and clean and nice views,cleaners very nice and in every day,beach is lovely there are big stones/pebbles but that’s they type of beach it is natural

Me and my partner have just had a weeks stay at this resort and from reading the reviews I was skeptical but I can honestly say it’s one of the best places we have stayed. The resort itself is absolutely stunning

We were all inclusive and originally found lunch a little confusing due to it being a sit down meal type, with menus and prices requiring us to ask reception to re-explain the rules around this

The staff are attentive and friendly, some of whom you can tell really love their job. There is an onsite mini mart where you can purchase items such as cigarettes, suncream, beach wear and bags

We came towards the end of the season and these activities were still offered, as well as air con still being on in the rooms despite what is stated on the information

Almost every night theres something happening- like a theater or stand up comedy and everything is in Italian, me and my family know a few languages close to Italian so we could understand a thing or two but honesty sometimes we did felt kind of left out, otherwise it was great! The food was awesome, (And everything was written in italian, english and german which was great) the people were super kind...

We were all inclusive but staff seemed to think they were doing us a favour getting us a drink. The pool bar was the only place to get drinks during the day and very limited options

The apertivo evenings were a joke and there were long queues to get a drink again very restricted options and if they ran out - tough

Staff in the restaurant tried to be helpful but seemed to be in fear of the senior staff who were openly contemptuous of guests so think the culture of the hotel needs addressing

Family friendly place, many guests are with little children

Keeping buffet prices competitive with restaurants in Santa Teresa town would most likely make more guests eat or use the buffet more

Beautiful newly renovated resort with spectacular rooms and amenities. Pool, gym, and bar all exceptional. Similar to other reviews written around this time, the hotel does feel just slightly understaffed

We had a 5 days stay at this resort. Very good customer service, friendly and helpful staff, good atmosphere. Buffet for dinner well overpriced which made us go out every night for food to Santa Teresa

Amazing hotel, staying in it feels like being in a charming Italian palace. You can see that it has been renovated with great attention to detail. The rooms are versatile, each with a terrace

They are clean and very comfortably furnished. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The hotel staff is always smiling and polite. The view of the bay is breathtaking

The hotel is in a good location with perfect views on beach and mountains. Good was good did regular fish dishes and meat. however if your used to your classic English meals this hotel is not for you

I have been visiting Letojanni for 10 years and have never been disappointed by this hotel, its staff or its services. Its the end of November over 18 degrees....life looks fab from here.

Visited in April 2025 with 2 young kids. The facilities weren't fully up and running so would love to go back when everything is open. The location is great and really easy to get into Taormina and out on excursions

We got a free upgrade to the villas on the beach ( there is 8 of these) which was a lovely surprise, as it was my daughters/son in laws 30 th birthdays and this also gave us access to the vip restaurant for breakfast (which costs €30 each ) We found that the staff were Friendly BUT couldn’t speak basic English so trying to ask questions were very difficult and frustrating

There was a lot of German people at this hotel, so very few English people, but I was told it was their annual holidays ( we stayed 14/18 June. It was self service for your drinks

Because we were only there for 4 days , we didn’t eat lunch/dinner in the main restaurant ( apart from 1night ) as we wanted to try different places for food

Fabulous holiday at this hotel Amazing location with spectacular views. Clean, basic room cleaned daily. Wonderful pools. Food was fine and value for money. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

I would go back but I would only stay in the villas. The hotel also as a free shuttle bus that goes to Limone but it stops at 7. 05pm so getting back you would have to walk (20mins) as getting a taxi is impossible
