Palazzo Dama - Preferred Hotels & Resorts, Rome1 / 30
8.8
Lazio, Rome, Lungotevere Arnaldo da Brescia, 2, Rione IV Campo Marzio 🧭 Map
The property is very beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with a pleasant atmosphere throughout. The service was good and the staff were helpful and welcoming during the stay. The rooms were spacious and generally clean, although some areas could benefit from renovation or a refresh. In terms of location, it is a bit far from the main tourist attractions, but this wasn’t a major issue and can actually...
Let me start off by saying that this is the third time I stay at this hotel in Rome. (First time was 2017 and it was fantastic). Beautiful dining room and pool area. The hotel is walking distance from many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was ok but not everything on the menu was included. You have to pay extra if you order pancakes or eggs Benedict. I felt like the hotel this year needs renovations...
We had a great time at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The location was convenient, and we really enjoyed the facilities. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely come back.”
Lovely stylish Hotel with a beautiful garden and pool area, perfect for the hot weather when we stayed. Staff are professional and helpful. Below expectations for a five star hotel and some areas which were important to us – firstly the junior suite with lounge area was a bedroom with a sofa in the hall opposite the bathroom – not really a lounge area. The extra bed was on an angle and collapsed and...
A really beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The staff were lovely and we absolutely enjoyed our weekend there. Breakfast was wonderful, especially eating outside in the sunshine. Our room was great and the staff were very helpful with all of our many enquiries.
Amazing Staff, But Poor Value for the Price I recently stayed at Palazzo Dama in Rome and was very disappointed with the value for money. The rate was close to $1,000 per night, but the experience fell far below expectations. The room was extremely small, outdated, and lacked any luxury feel — it honestly wouldn’t be worth even $100/night elsewhere. The building itself is old, narrow, and uncomfortable...

Very nice hotel, service was superb, I would definitely stay again
It was amazing. Massive room and outstanding service
Great locations, super clean rooms and most impressed with the bathroom, they even have a pillow menu which you can choose your type and the scent! Ahmed is super friendly, helped us with restaurants recommendations and the team is also always available to help. The breakfast was also fantastic with a great view. The only thing is the WiFi connection which is not very stable and fast. I would highly...
Nothing much around this area, room is big, shower is great but the view was not good.
The hotel is very close to the city centre, you can do everything by walking. 15 mins to Vatican city, 10mins to busy shopping streets and further 10mins to other famous attractions. The breakfast isn't the buffet like what we have in other hotels, but they do bring a lot of food to the table, and you can order anything on the menu. The view from the restaurant is amazing!
' No security door chain-bolt; Another thing:The taxi quality in the airoport taxi stop - the taxi took a long way (when i remember thst it only took less than one hoir to arrive, the taxi arrived almost at onxe ...nd asked for a very expensive fee (what makes things worse, the Italian local tried hid for the taxi driver

Hotel Lord Byron, Rome1 / 19

Lazio, Rome, Via De Notaris Giuseppe 5 🧭 Map
Ok! Upon arrival our room was not as requested. We had requested a room with two beds. Moved from room 403 to 303. No upgrade of room. No problem… booked with Amex Platinum. Given drink vouchers that were only good from noon until 5:30. Never used. Hotel needs some life! Breakfast room was depressing. Will not be returning to this hotel
Amazing team and a hidden gem. Very quiet.
If you are an Art Deco enthusiast, this is the place for you. The hotel is stuffed with Deco appointments. The service is very attentive (except when you have to lug your bags up a long flight of stairs because no doorman is present to greet you). The property, however, could use some attention. For example, the front door is missing an interior handle. Next, the grout in the bath/shower stall is stained...
Everything was perfect. Beautiful, clean rooms, the bathroom was also always clean. We slept excellently in a quit location. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The hotel is highly recommended. We would be happy to return.
Wonderful hotel and great service! Everything was great ,thanks at the good personal and nice room! Very good hotel in Rome..!;)
We stayed 3 nights at Hotel Lord Byron and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff was super helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the waiters knew the next day how we like our cappuccinos and how many. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Rome close to the park. With a bit of walking you can access public transportation easily. We loved all the staff, they went out of their way to make...

Lazio, Rome, Via del Velabro, 9, Ripa 🧭 Map
Location: A bit hard to find, you have to go up a staircase and there are no clear signs. The main issue is that it's not close to either the train station or the metro. It is, however, very close to the Mouth of Truth, just a 3-minute walk. Room Layout: Very confusing, some design choices are incomprehensible. The faucet was hard to move, and some bathrooms had no door for the shower, making it very...
This was the most anticipated project on our Rome trip. I booked it right away after seeing it recommended by Xiaohongshu. The hotel is in a great location, about a few dozen meters from the Mouth of Truth. Many taxi drivers have trouble finding it because it's on a slope. The hotel's style is beyond words: a designer hotel with a unique interior and style. The furniture is also well-appointed, with...
We were upgraded to the largest room, and the entire check-in experience was incredibly smooth. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was incredibly vibrant, with a rich industrial feel, and was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's ground floor houses an art gallery, and the hallways, corridors, and even the rooms are filled with art and designer furniture. This is truly...
The bathroom is very stylish and unique. I have to complain about the stainless steel material, which is uncomfortable and the bathroom is very small. When I shower, water leaks all over the floor.
The hotel's design and ambiance are both beautiful and artistic, and the service is excellent. Although the room rate doesn't include meals, the hotel does provide them. The hotel has a full kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, and cutlery. The refrigerator is stocked with eggs, three meat options, and milk and yogurt, all free. Other drinks and food are subject to charges. Since I had an early...
Overall it was comfortable. When you check in, they will introduce you to the entire hotel and the layout of the room. I'll talk about the things I was not satisfied with. The breakfast was not good, the bread was cold, and I came back late one night after taking a shower and found that the bath towel and bathrobe should have been taken away and replaced but not put back. It was hard to accept that...

Portrait Roma - Lungarno Collection, Rome1 / 30High rating

Lazio, Rome, Via Bocca di Leone, 23, Rione IV Campo Marzio 🧭 Map
Our stay, as always in this beautiful hotel, was amazing. The whole experience was just perfect; the room, breakfast at the roof, the ongoing concern for our needs and requests. And overall in one word: Perfect. Thank you and see you again next January (if not before).
This was my second stay at Lugarno Collection Hotels. The first one in Milan at Portrait Milano which was a true great experience, really 10/10. I gotta say Portrait Roma managed to be even superior in terms of service and attention of all the team. It is a challenge to be higher than 10/10 but they managed very well. From the complimentary room upgrade for the very special attention during my birthday...
My family and I stayed 3 days at Portrait Roma in early July. It was a wonderful, restful stay and we were sad to leave. The hotel is very quiet, even though it is located in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff is so friendly and helpful. They took care of restaurant reservations, and the hotel has curated experiences and tours that they personally set up. They were...
Great staff, facilities, food and location. This was an exceptional experience and reccomend for others to stay at these hotels by Portrait Hotels including the Hotel Lungarno (in Firenze). Other luxury hotels in the area are the same as in every city but the Portrait Roma offered a friendly oasis in the heart of the city enabling us to enjoy Rome and experience it anew! Thank you to the entire team...
It was perfect They bring us everything we want to our room And the stuff was so nice especially Ecem & Giorgio. Also the location is in the center and you can see from their balcony the spanish steps. Absolutely beautiful Highly recommend !!! I can't wait to come back.
Unique experience - but seeing the spanish steps and the famous “birthday cake” from the rooftop made it worth it. Great service, very personalized, and ultimately, of course, impeccable views.

Margutta 19 - Small Luxury Hotels of the World, Rome1 / 30

Lazio, Rome, Via Margutta, 19, Rione IV Campo Marzio 🧭 Map
This hotel elevated my first experience of Rome, the staff were extremely nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, mine was an upgraded suite with a view of the garden.
The room was clean and tidy, the service was very welcoming, and a butler even helped with our luggage, making it very convenient to get around. Rome isn't actually that big; most of the attractions can be reached by the city walk.
Located very close to Plaza de España, the SLH Hotel is a top choice among European hotels. Although the room size was just right and sufficient, I was still satisfied in every way, especially after sleeping on soft beds all the way, the 19-inch bed was so comfortable.
Very comfortable stay. Small issue with checkin but otherwise perfect.
Cute boutique hotel perfectly located in Rome’s city center. Great service
Very good It was very good, a quiet hotel , good service, with the exception of the taxi that the hotel hired

A great stay. From the first moment arriving with our car. Parking right outside the door in the yard. 👍👏 A great welcome from the staff in the reseption. ✨️ A hotel full of paintings and different pieces of art. A lot of details when you look around.👀👍 It was not much noise from the street and for us it was very central (we love to walk i the city). Only 20 minutes walk to via Margutta and shopping...
Lovely staff. Very nice and Central. Easy parking. Easy walk to everywhere. Classy restaurant. Too classy for me. But great food.
Not a 5 star hotel. Rooms are tiny, no sound proofing from the hallway. Administration should be ashamed to list this as a 5 star hotel. I would not give this hotel more than a 3 star rating. Facilites are nowhere near a 5 star hotel. Having travelled al over Europe staying in 5 star hotels, this is by far the most underwhelming property I've stayed at. Want to iron your clothes? Not in this 5 star...
It was a pleasure staying at this place. The rooms was so nice and clean, we had everything we needed and more. Love the big shower, the beautiful windows, the best breakfast and bed. Everything was amazing. The service was great, everyone was so nice and helpful, we felt so seen and loved. The staff was perfect! We ve been in Rome many times but this was an exquisite one! One of the most heartwarming welcoming, top breakfast and nicest staff in town! Definitely coming back!
Fantastic staff and amenities. The complimentary breakfast is amazing. A true one of a kind experience.

I booked this place based on the countless positive reviews and was not disappointed. Marco is a fantastic host, ready and willing to help make your stay amazing with helpful and friendly advice, tips for how to get to places and some great restaurant recommendations. The location is great with the train station, Colosseum and Trevi Fountain all not too far to walk. Bus stops and the metro are also...
Great location! Good value for price. Marco was very kind, easy to communicate with and made a wonderful breakfast. The rooms are very clean.
Clean room, cheap price, great breakfast. That’s the short review. For the long review: traveling to Rome, we missed our connecting flight thanks to Stockholm airport making us wait in a very long entry line with very few workers. Despite our pleas that our flight was leaving soon, we were not afforded any consideration and got stranded in Stockholm for hours. Marco, the host was in contact with...
Perfect! It’s in the center. Clean, comfortable, modern and Marco (host) is so nice. Recommend this to all of you.
The location was excellent. Near to the metro station and termini station. You can walk to all the major attractions. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. The best quality though is the owner which is very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was great and fulfilling. If you can find an open spot I strongly recommend you choose this bnb! We had a great time there!
Very happy with my decision to stay six nights at A&F Colosseo. Delightful place at a great price. Location is fantastic: an eight-minute walk or a very short cab ride to Termini, and an absolutely lovely walk to the Colosseum and Foro Romano area and other highlights around there. Good restaurants and an amazing gelato place very close by. Room was clean, very spacious and comfortable. I’m surprised...

Corso 281 Luxury Suites, Rome1 / 25
8.8
Lazio, Rome, Via del Corso, 281, Trevi 🧭 Map
Good size rooms for a centrally located property. Front desk is helpful and always available. This is a tiny hotel, about 12-15 suites in total, and you feel welcomed and well taken care of. Rome is not small, so depending on your interests this may not be the best location, but it’s 10 minute walk to forum, 20 minutes walk to Colosseum, 45 minutes walk to Vatican museum. Trevi, Spanish Steps, shopping...
Very attentive and helpful staff and superb accommodations!
We had the best stay at Corso 281. The staff is extremely welcoming, the rooms were clean, modern and spacious and the location is perfect. Walkable to all of the major attractions - just a few minute walk to the Pantheon. I would absolutely stay here again. Couldn’t recommend more!
The hotel has a good address. You can see Piazza Venezia on the left from the balcony of the room. The Colosseum is a 20-minute walk away. You can take a taxi to the Vatican Museum at 7:30 in the morning for 13.8 euros. Toiletries are Bulgari, and breakfast is delivered to the room
Very convenient location if you want to see the major tourist attractions in Rome. Nariman and Meryem and the rest of the Staff are very helpful.
The balcony of the room faces the patio of the opposite guest, the smoke from the water heater and the trash can, which is very bad.

Great facilities, staff, breakfast & location! Nothing that need to be improved!
I have been to many luxury hotel and this one was one of the best if not the best! Bravoooo superb service very very nice clean rooms and super bed! We slept on clouds!
The hotel was incredible with what I think is the best location in all of Rome for tourists. The 4 stars are due to a very low shower water pressure and a less than average breakfast with extremely limited options. The receptionists were extremely helpful and helped us navigate through Rome and other cities. All in all, I wold definitely recommend choosing Fendi Suites and I would choose it everytime...
