Excellent value for money. The b & b is really familiar, the cleanliness is impeccable, a really rich and varied breakfast. The only drawback is having the bathroom outside the room and, in my case, on a different level ...

Quiet home environment in a charming family-run villa including toilets and common areas, overnight stay in a private attic room, the large one with a comfortable balcony, intimate and peaceful environment, comprehensive breakfast included, free Wi-Fi, Sky card on request. towels and sheets and hairdryer provided by the kind hostess, who takes care of almost everything with polite success, Mrs. Annalisa.Suitable for children, including the lady, indeed she also provided us with the toys requested by our child found there, leaving them in our room until the end of the stay. It was a short weekend but very pleasant .. I would go back for short stays, cheap and easy to do.

Strategic place for both zoomarine and to eat the tasty porchetta of Ariccia !!!!! As soon as we arrived, Mrs Annalisa made us feel immediately at home ..... the SN children had a great time even though in the summer she cn satisfied them with hot chocolate !!!!! surely we will come back and stay more days ....
