This place is actually pretty cool. Good price for an excellent room. It had air conditioning and a step up into the bathroom which was quite small but on vacation you don't really like to spend a lot of time there anyway. Kind of a small elevator to get up to the rooms but once you're up there it was really cool. The breakfast in the morning although very plain was just perfect to get on our way for the day.

Very nice and cosy hotel with very friendly staff. Not the best hotel ever, but you can't expect that either from a 2 star hotel. All in all excellent value!

the hotel is very well located, but the wifi is not available in all rooms .
The owner critical clients in their backs thinking that people don't understand the Italian .You are woken up by the noise of the person who comes to prepare the breakfast , she did everything to make the max noise . I would not go back ever.

Hotel is well located not too far from the train station and metro, city centre is accessible with a little walking.
Very friendly staff, eager to help and ready to help you.
Breakfast is simple but quite ok, clean room.
Bed comfortable, but very poor insulation of the glazing (single-glazed) so very noisy at night. Equipment and sanitary way.
Wifi free but not very fast. Very few electrical outlets.
Very good report quality price for a few nights and people that are not too demanding.

The best thing is location of the hotel. Very nice view from the window. Very friendly staff. But the rest of things need to be improved. The room keys are very archaic (should be as plastic cards) , the shower head in the room doesn't have a hook to place it. Reception and diner are situated in the same room🤣. WiFi very often works weakly. Better to buy a local sim card. Coffee machine never works propaly. And at the end... The lift is very old, works good but very old. Actually, me and my family enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Thank you owner, thank you staff ♥️

Very good location. Gentle staff. The accommodation is basic. Very badly maintained place, mould in the bathroom, very small room. The photographs are misleading.The breakfast was almost ridiculous, consisted mostly of pastries that just got fewer day by day. The last day the coffee machine didn't work.

The staff are extremely friendly and speak English. Breakfast was amazing and free. The location is perfect for first time travellers to Rome. Located near the train station and several metro stops. Also there is a convenience store and the second best gelato store in all of Rome nearby. The hotel is charming and we are planning on returning.

This hotel is strategically located very close to the Roma Termini station. The staff, especially Jason, is very friendly and helpful. The hotel, however, is very susceptible to street noise and we had to wear ear plug! The water temperature in the shower is not consistent. I think I spent more time readjusting the temperature than the actual showering. The Wi-Fi in my room is so weak that it was non-existent.
