OPTIMAL. A 2-minute walk from the Cipro metro station. The street (one way) is QUIET and silent. The tastefully decorated apartment welcomes you with family photos like HOME. The spacious VERY CLEAN room, with a large wardrobe, chests of drawers, armchairs, tables and still has space. COMFORTABLE double bed. In the bathroom, functional and colorful, there are plenty of toiletries. The windows in safety with mosquito nets, the walls well insulating. In the morning the scent of coffee awakens you. Breakfast varied, TASTY and plentiful. A nice internal terrace allows moments of RELAX. The owner ... an EXQUISITE person: welcoming, nice, discreet and super organized ... what else? Next time in Rome will always be here. Meow!

The gf and I stayed with Simonetta for three days and had an amazing experience. Simonetta really cares for her guests and gives the right amount of attention. When we arrived, she was there to greet us with maps, took time to give us tips for touring Rome and even gave a brief overview of the city. Every morning, she had a nice breakfast ready and let us know what was going on in the city like the film festival and what time the Pope gave his general blessing on Sundays. The b&b is located ten minutes from the Vatican and about two minutes from the Cipro metro stop. It had very good WiFi and great hot water. Room was big enough to not feel cramped and the bed was firm but not hard. Close to great restaurants like Genkai 2 and Bonci pizza. We were able to easily walk to the Trastevere area and back with no issues. On the last night, Simonetta was kind enough to arrange a taxi for us to make our 6:30AM flight. Like the amazing host she is, Simonetta was there at 4AM to make sure we didn't miss the cab or our flight. Will be staying here again.
