The room was a good size, bright, and spotless. The linens were nice, making for a comfortable sleep. The location is convenient, close to Termini Station. The breakfast was good and tasty. Definitely worth staying here, highly recommend!

It’s our 6th time to stay here and still the service of their staff never changed special mention to Laura at the reception . She really did her best to give us the corner room we requested . The breakfast is great and all the staff are kind . Thank you Una Hotel Deco Roma our second home when we’re in Rome.

I stayed at this hotel during my honeymoon trip to Italy after getting married on November 1st. Before our trip, I inquired about possible honeymoon benefits, and upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded room. We originally booked a standard double room, but the hotel kindly gave us one with a terrace, where my husband and I enjoyed some wine together.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. They also provided a city map and recommended sightseeing routes around Rome, which was very helpful for first-time visitors.
The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk from Termini Station, with easy access to trains, buses, and the metro. When we missed Korean food, we found two Korean restaurants within a 5-minute walk, which was nice.
It was our first trip to Italy, and we were very happy with our stay. I especially appreciated the wooden floors instead of carpet — it felt much cleaner and more comfortable.
I highly recommend staying at UNA Hotel for a memorable time in Rome!.

Staying in this hotel for the second time. Excellent location. Close to the Rome Termini train station, which take 35 minutes from the airport by Leonardo Express train. Walking distance to many popular historic places and nice restaurants.

I picked the hotel bc it was close to the train station. 5 minutes, and easy walk with our suitcases! Polite staff. The room was fairly large, and the bathroom was perfect. A nice and well-kept hotel.
Bad things:
The breakfast teapot was rather dirty in and out. And the staff didn't take away the used handkerchief of the former guest.

The hotel is close to the train station, and the breakfast is plentiful with a great variety of fruits. The room's hygiene was good, and the one-touch bedside lamp control was super convenient.

We spent a total of six nights here, which gave us a great opportunity to explore Rome thoroughly. The breakfast was by far the most satisfying part of our stay. After comparing it to other hotels in different cities, I can confidently say this one offered the most varied breakfast spread and the most delicious croissants. The hotel's location made getting around incredibly convenient. We chose convenience, so we didn't really expect or get much of a scenic view. Overall, our experience was great!

The room, while not large, was perfectly functional and well-equipped with a bathtub and an electric kettle. The location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from Termini Station. The front desk staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious, served with genuine warmth and hospitality.

The family suite was quite spacious, more than enough for three people. However, the only mirror was in the bathroom; there were absolutely no mirrors in the living room or bedroom, which was very inconvenient. The front desk staff were a mixed bag; some were very slow to respond and seemed to struggle with even simple requests or processing bookings, which led to significant delays. However, one slim, middle-aged male staff member was excellent – he was very sharp, recommended a restaurant, and even helped us call a taxi.
The hotel is located near the train station, making subway access quite convenient. However, we witnessed some fights on the street at night, making it feel unsafe to go out after 10 PM. There's a restaurant near the hotel called Kuanzhai Xiangzi. Their Sichuan cuisine is very authentic, the beef noodles are incredibly delicious, and their stir-fried dishes are also tasty.
