The room maintenance was appalling. On my first night, two of the three towels were filthy (I don't know if it was blood or feces). I specifically called the front desk to have them replaced, but when I returned the next day, one of the towels was still stained. It was disgusting.
The shower drain also had problems; it was repaired twice but the problem remained unresolved.
The room floor was covered in hair and small trash; it hadn't been cleaned for days.
The blankets were also tattered.

Communication with the hotel staff was prompt and professional from the start. Before our arrival, I asked the hotel to arrange the transportation from the airport, and the process was smooth and efficient. The extra-large van I requested arrived on time, and the price was reasonable. Paula at the Front Desk stood out for her professionalism and skill—she truly excelled at her job.
I also asked the staff to make dinner reservations for us, which they handled quickly and confirmed clearly. The hotel’s location is another highlight: just a 5-minute walk to the metro station and 3 minutes to the bus stop. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, with several excellent restaurants and pizza places nearby.
Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our week-long stay and would gladly return.
