Overall the hotel is good. Breakfast a bit crowded if you go about 9am but if go earlier is better coz lacking of tables. One thing not really good is their sink water drain out is very slow. Others so far ok.

Amazing location, just a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum. The price reflects the location, so don’t expect too much in terms of luxury, it’s simple and nothing fancy. Breakfast was quite good and included in my stay. I highly recommend checking out the rooftop bar, which offers a stunning view of the Colosseum at night. Parking is available, but only use it if your car isn’t too big, the old underground garage is very narrow. It’s manageable, but you'll need to be careful."

We had a wonderful stay at Mercure Trieste and the staff truly made the difference. From the very beginning, the Front Office team, especially Giuseppe, welcomed us with genuine kindness and professionalism, making us feel at home right away.
At the bar and restaurant, we were lucky to be looked after by the amazing Yuri, whose service was attentive, warm, and full of positive energy. He really elevated our experience every single time, delivering exceptional service. Compliments as well to Raffaele, the chef, for his delicious creations, and to Filippo from the restaurant, who made our dining moments enjoyable with his friendly and thoughtful service.
The team’s hospitality turned our stay into a memorable experience. Grazie mille to all of you— It’s my seventh time in Rome and I will definitely be back!

Mercure Roma Centro Colosseo offers a stunning view of the Colosseum. The rooms were absolutely spacious, and they were also cozy. the bed mattress was comfy, and the pillow was extremely comfortable. There were no stains anywhere in sight. The service was fantastic; the staff were always ready to help when I asked for it. The location was tremendously perfect. It was in front of the Colosseum. Overall, a splendid experience at the Mercure Roma Centro Colosseo.

Amazing place with the most convenient location. The view from the top floor is amazing. The pool is only 1 m deep so it's more for soaking but it's perfect after a whole day of walking. The rooms are small but well-designed and convenient. The staff was always helpful and understanding. The breakfast was surprisingly good by Italian breakfast standards. Every evening you can go for a stroll around the Colosseum. Would recccomend for couples or with older kids.

I was visiting Rome from Toronto as a single mom with my 2 girls, and my stay was AMAZING! Sara and Sergio were very kind, helpful and welcoming.
Very professional but most importantly they cared about our wellbeing.

Good location for tourist visits. The pool has great views and the staff are on hand to help find guests sun beds.
The rooms are quite expensive for their size - they are quite small and the only ironing board in the hotel is a small room on the first floor

Location is great - it is close to one of the most visited structures on the planet with more then 30 million visitors, so the room is noisy or nosier - difficult to have a restful sleep 😴
The bed is quite questionable - 4 star hotels has covered its bed with nylon mattress protectors - it is understandable that hygiene must be considered but it is compromising the convenience to the point you find yourself in sweat. The air conditioning system - no matter which temperature it is set on , even 15 degrees - still extremely warm and humid to the point the preference is to open the window in hot and humid day in July. Breakfast - pretty limited options that I thought, it would have been great idea if I didn’t add 5 breakfasts to my booking so I could have embraced Italian 🇮🇹 breakfast culture in different places.
Service - in restaurant the staff are more focused on their conversation so loudly that it takes away the peacefulness start time of the day and in the other hand the way that plates and dishes are collected is extremely noisy to the point that you might think glass collector car is around.
Pool - it is pretty amazing that you can see the iconic symbol of Italy - although it would have been great if it had a cover so in the hot and sunny day there could have been a shady pool.

I really enjoyed the stay. The staff was incredibly nice. We were given late check out for free which we really appreciated as we had a late flight that day. The view from the swimming pool was great and we also enjoyed a lovely drinks at the roof top bar
