Building work going on above the room, so woken up with drilling and banging, every morning,shame this wasn't mentioned at point of booking as would of looked elsewhere. Rooms are clean and location is good, but as others have said more an Airbnb than a hotel.

So let’s be clear this is not a hotel but a bed and breakfast. There is no communal areas are all and no reception just a desk in the breakfast room. Rooms are ok clean and comfortable but very basic. It’s in an ok location. The main concern is that we left early morning at 6am to be greeted with the night staff sleeping in the breakfast area. The thought that I literally ate my breakfast there a couple of hours later after some man had his feet and bodily parts in it knocks me sick! For this reason I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Not worth it. They publish a huge discount on ******* to make you feel you are getting a great deal. Pictures are very misleading.
Felt like a dungeon with a little hatch a few feet to the next building.
Convenient location and attentive staff though.

I made a nonrefundable booking and, within 24 hours, I fell ill and attempted to cancel. The hotel didn't care; they insisted on FULL penalty even though my room reservation was only active for less than 24 hours. If you think there is a 1% chance any of the following might happen to you: 1) Illness, 2) Death in your family, 3) Canceled flight, Etc, you should not book at this hotel. They are not compassionate people and so "Un-Italian". I think they must really be struggling financially....they are looking to make money any way they can, so be very cautious. Beware travelers!!!! I've attached a screenshot of my conversation with the hotel. They literally don't care about anything other than capturing that room fee.....they could care less about you! I had no probably obtaining full refund from United Airlines and the other hotels in my Italian itinerary. Better to book directly with a major US brand like Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton.
