THE ONE Boutique Hotel & Private SPA Roma in Rome

Nice and helpful staff. Room was bit small for 4 people but clean. Very close to shops and transport.

This was an amazing place to stay during our time in Rome. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to many attractions, just five minutes from the Trevi Fountain, and surrounded by great local restaurants.
Breakfast was included and absolutely wonderful. As other guests have mentioned, it included a choice of an omelet or other cooked eggs, fresh pastries, and a variety of juices and coffee.
The room wasn’t large, but it was clean and more than sufficient for our needs. We booked a room with separate beds for our kids, which we found difficult to find in Rome without paying a much higher price.
The location truly was amazing and I would stay here again if we returned to Rome. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We arrived early before our room was ready, and they stored our luggage until room was ready. When we returned our bags were already in the room, which was a great touch. They also would store our luggage after checkout but we didn’t need to use the service.
After staying in other hotels throughout Italy, Switzerland, and France, this was an incredible find. We typically stay at Marriott-brand hotels and did not feel like we missed out on any amenities here. Highly recommended!

Great central location to many of the tourist sites. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

Decent

Hotel was amazing, very close to Trevi Fountain, easy access to most sites. Breakfast was included which was great. Staff were wonderful. Rooms were great, date of the art with tech, bed and pillow super comfy. Would stay here again.

This a great hotel with a lot of character. The wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Although i would like to mention, the Spa Facilities are billed extra, which i think needs to be reconsidered.

Modern facilities and experiences were built in the old house. The room was relatively large, with a view from the window. It was not far from the surrounding attractions. There was a supermarket opposite, which was great. Unfortunately, my passport and 2,000 euros were stolen on the bus in Rome. My mood fell to the bottom and I was a little afraid of Rome. Fortunately, my compatriots at the embassy urgently processed travel permits and provided cash assistance, so I was able to return home safely.

A little old-fashioned but charming in that way. Good location. Some rooms have great balconies. Breakfast was also not bad.
