In October 2025, we stayed at Hotel Condotti Via Mario De' Fiori 37 for 7 days as part of our month long European vacation. The Hotel was situated in an ideal location near to shops, cafes, restaurants and the Spanish Steps. Furthermore, it was within a reasonable walking distance, or a short Uber/Taxi/Bus drive of all the main attractions of the Rome. The included breakfast at the nearby Unik Cafe was exceptional, both in terms of the high quality menu items and generous servings. The room was exceptionally comfortable and very clean. Reception staff were highly friendly and helpful, and we were highly impressed by the laundry service of the Hotel. In all, we had an outstanding experience, and we commend to Hotel to fellow travelers.

We stayed in a "Superior King Room - Piazza Di Spagna/Via del Babuino". The room was very spacious, the view on the piazza was incredible, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Great experience that exceeded our expectations!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in October, 2025. It's a nicely located boutique hotel. Room was good-sized (for Rome) and rate was reasonable. Staff was friendly. Bed and A/C were good. We'd stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Condotti! Even though there were a few minor issues, everything was handled quickly and professionally. A special thanks to Elisa – she was amazing: friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. Thank you for the great service and warm hospitality! We’d be happy to come back.

Location was excellent - easy walking distance to attractions, restaurants and gelato and shopping. Our group of 5 had a comfortable, clean 3 bathroom apartment that was perfect for hanging out together. We arrived early in the morning and the staff was very accommodating, holding all our luggage until we could check in and then getting it to our 3rd floor apartment. They were always friendly and available for any questions we had and helped us with restaurant recommendations as well as transportation.

Love this hotel. Beautiful boutique hotel two minute walk to Spanish steps. We have been here twice in past year from Canada.
Once as a couple and second time with our two adult daughters. Clean, comfortable rooms. Amazing location and staff is professional and friendly. I would highly recommend a stay here.

So sad that as a nice and normal person seeking for help they just follow stubborn the rules and don’t help a lady in need. I am Business owner myself. I understand rules. But a little bit of humanity from a prestigious hotel like this I would have expected. Come here to stay. But don’t expect outstanding service!

Very clean, staff were incredible and very responsive, and can’t beat the location of this hotel! Would have given 5 stars but the rooms were a little small. Overall an amazing place to stay!
