I wish I could give more stars to this hotel! We stayed there during our anniversary trip and they made the experience an absolute pleasure. The staff was amazing, they are extremely kind and you can tell that they love what they do. The attention to detail, the welcoming gifts, the recommendations… everything was outstanding! You won’t regret it!

Hotel Nerva is located directly across from the Colosseum and Roman Forum. We received a warm welcome when we came through the door, were guided to a comfortable sofa, and asked if we would like something to drink before they asked confirmed our reservations. The rooms are squeaky clean, the decor is lovely, the shower is hot with plenty of pressure and there is no street noise. Amenities include a free minibar, robe, slippers, tote bag, water bottle and, a chip for a free drink at the Nerva's bistro. What a fantastic place!

This is a great boutique hotel essentially located in Monte, which was really great because we walked everywhere and so starting here was fantastic because in One Direction was the Trevi fountain and another direction not far away is the Colosseum But the reason why I loved it here it was because the staff they made the place amazing When we got here, we were welcomed by Charlotte, who ran out to welcome us and greet us and also for everybody to come out and help us with our luggage. It was incredible. The rest of the time we were here we were greeted by Roberto and IIaria. They took care of case service from the airport and too the port. They also secured reservations at restaurants that we couldn’t get. Great experience !

Super good, will go again next time.
The only thing that made me sad was that the souvenirs given by the hotel, which were placed in the car, were stolen by a thief in Rome who broke the window and stole everything, including the bag.
I really like the quilt, bag and book! !

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in in Europe! The owner was very hospitable and patient. He also provided us with free bar and lunch and gave us a city map with explanation.
The hotel room is very clean, smells good, and is new. The breakfast is incredibly delicious, and all the service staff in this hotel have a very good service attitude. I love it so much! ! ! ! ! If I have another chance to come to Rome, I will definitely choose to stay here again!

A chic hotel in a fantastic location near the palatine hill. Service was kind and attentive and the welcome drink and evening drink were an unexpected bonus. The room and bed was very comfortable.

I'm so lucky. I didn't book it on *************, but booked this hotel on Ctrip. The location of this hotel is so convenient, it only takes ten minutes to walk to the scenic spots. The service is even more enthusiastic to the guests. I don’t know where they get their energy from!

The hotel experience was first-class. The hotel also very considerately sent a list of restaurant recommendations. I tried several restaurants recommended by the hotel and they were great. Charlotte, the front desk lady, was very warm and friendly. She took the initiative to help book restaurants and taxis. I hope the hotel can see her excellence.

The staff at the property were very good. The 10:30 check out is extremely annoying. The property is very small and the rooms are very small. They have large keys for the rooms and a physical key for a very small safe. The shower is very small. It is a small property in a good location with a well trained staff.
