1 star for the location near Termini
2nd star: cheap, the receptionist was friendly
3 star: private bathroom, common room and a microwave.
deductions: no warm water. I addressed the issue and someone was sent to fix it but it only lasted a day. I shower twice a day when I spend most of the day walking. stayed a few days and only two showers were warm. the rest was lukewarm at best. I think there was a minor mold issue and the bathroom did smell bad. It was little things like the way too bright lighting in the bathroom or the faucet being loose. The doors need to be oiled bc they are very loud and thus other guests will disturb one as well. I did not like that the cleaning person would just come in and that you could not prevent them from doing so since there was no fo not disturb sign. I do not regret my stay but I regret the water being cold.

The only reason it's not a 1/5 is because of the price and location. You get what you pay for, I guess.
Not sure if it was just bad luck, but my room didn't have any hot water lol so um yea have fun showering at 2am.
There is ZERO noise isolation from outside so the room is insanely noisy. No towel.
The bunkbed's steps are shaky and noisy.

The whole place was a bit ghetto. From the exterior, the hallways, to the rooms and bedding

location is great but be prepared for the most uncomfortable hostel to ever exist. broken beds, nasty bathrooms, barely anny appliances in the kitchen, cold room in the winter, clear mold problems, shitty pillows, blankets and the mattress itself. all and all this place sole survival stands on its location, aside from that i would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

I stayed here about 2 months ago and it was the worst Hostel I have ever stayed in. It was pretty expensive already, but I thought at least it looks good. But it looked nothing like the pictures. EVERYTHING was broken. And I am not talking about small damages here and there, but like parts of the beds were missing, the lockers were so damaged I do not think a lock would keep my luggage safe for long. The service was also horrible, I found something I thought was a bed bug, and he didn’t even want to take a look. And I mean even if it turns out to be nothing. It is important to take these things seriously. I have had really bad bed bug experiences in the past and I think this was really irresponsible. All in all the staff didn’t really seem to care about anything.
The only good thing was the location, since it’s right next to the central station, but that also makes it a little scary at night and right across the street is a store that opens late in the night till morning and is very bright. There is no proper light coverage for the large windows.

Heads up! This hotel doesn't provide duvets, only a rather dirty-looking blanket. There's no heating either. Definitely not recommended for Christmas. Seriously, don't book this place! The hygiene is terrible, and can you believe there's no hot water for showers? NO HOT WATER! If you can't run a hotel properly, then don't run one at all!

The beds are full of bed bugs, I slept there and the next day all of my body was itching. Also the receptionist was rude with us. Would never recommend this place to anybody. Feels more like a place where criminals would hide rather than a hostel. I say this because I have experience of staying in hostels abd shared dormitories before but this place is depressing
