Excellent place to stay in Rome! There’s lift which is great as it’s on the 5th floor. There’s lift host was very nice and communicated well before and during our stay. There’s a small kitchen area in the room and the balcony is a great bonus. There’s lift which location is perfect. We walked everywhere. Rome Termini is only 5 minutes walk away.

Very close to rome termini. Located on the fifth floor and serviced by a lift. This apartment is a four minute walk to rome termini station. The rooms are clean, air conditioned and quiet. Would definitely stay there again. Very good example of typical. 3 star rome accomodation

Good clean room and helpful staff. Didt have breakfast so can't comment on that. Room is on 5th floor served by a small lift. Approx 8 steps need to be climbed to reach lift. Nothing special but did the job. Idea location near Romes main train station

very close to Termini station, the hotel -b & b or whatever you want to call it's a joke. The room was not the same in which we slept, bathroom and room very dirty, we moved the sofa and found a receipt dated 13-6-2019 !!! I paid 48 € more for extra taxes, which the others in the same street didn't have !!! Place run from Bangladesh people. I'm mad 😠

My back hurt from the bed. The guy behind the counter said we could only pay with cash when buying water, but when we siad we didnt have cash on us paying with card was okay. Kinda scetchy, the airco was broken so we asked for a room transfer which happend the day after.
Overal not a great experience.

Avoid like plague. The rooms are absolutely filthy and disgusting. Dirty toilet, no toilet paper, mold all over bathrooms tiles, wifi doesn’t work, flat hard pillows, paper thin walls. They don’t know Covid rules and get argumentative about them.

1)We were 8 people and we booked 2 big rooms for 4 people each almost 2weeks before but at time of check in hotel manager gave us only one big room and another room was staff/helper room which was very very small not even worth it for what we paid.
2)Handwash, toilet paper was missing from one of the room so we had to tell the staff.
3) If you want to use hot water each time water was very dirty having milky color to it. I have attached one photo showing staff/ servant room that hotel gave us

It was difficult to find because the sign was just a brass plate way up high on the wall of the building. There are lots of rough sleepers nearby outside the station and the street is poorly lit. The inn is on the fifth floor of a grand old building. The room itself was clean, in good order and very good value for money.

Really poor English. Air conditioner is not working properly, room was hot in summer. No hot water for 2 days. Also we could hear what is happening in near rooms because of thin walls.
