Great little place to stay! Spotlessly clean! Steps away from Vatican City!

There is no staff when you are at this hotel. Very difficult to park and drop off luggage. Big plus is it is a less than 10 minute walk to the Vatican

The only problem was having to use Whatsapp to get into the room. I had been sent the instructions on my email the night before, but I hadn't had wifi all day or even knew to check my email.

It's just worth knowing this isn't a hotel with a staff, this is a Airbnb situation with a completely remote host

Close to the Vatican, amazing restaurants nearby

Great communication, suggestions, and overall ease! This location had a small elevator that fit 2 people with a bag each. There are a few stairs from the street entrance to the location of the elevator.

The bed was very comfortable!

Good location. Cumbersome check-in, basic room, misleading and missing information on the booking site (e.g. no mention of “late” check-in and luggage storage fees at time of booking)… If you check-in after 9:00 p.m., you are charged €15; if you arrive after 10:30 p.m., you pay an extra €25. It is unlikely that I will not return to this property.

Nice place! It was quiet and clean! The owner was very friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently located near the Vatican. The taxi stand was just across the street. There are numerous restaurants and bars (coffee shops) within a five minute walk.

Everything was fine, but I didn't know what AirB&B was. I thought it was a hotel. I was traveling and didn't have internet... I thought I might arrive late, I had already paid for the night... but nobody opened the door for me... the building was closed. I couldn't communicate.

Nice place to stay in Rome
Very nice host. The location is very walkable to the Vatican City and there is a bus stop right across the street that goes to city center of Rome. The building is a bit old but the rooms are cleaned everyday.
