We'd just travelled for over 20 hours so were a little hazy, but from the moment we arrived and were warmly greeted by Maria, (who gave us a brief rundown on what was close by without being overwhelming), and were given access to our room early, we knew we had made an very good choice.....and then we met the wonderful Lucia. She looked after our room and arranged breakfast every morning and was just a treasure! When we go back to Roma we will confirm our accomodation first before booking flights!, because it was so good it's the priority!

It was easily acxessible by public transport and also and also very acxessible to and from the airport.
The staff on site were very approqchable and kind.
Breakfast offered the expected options for continental breakfast.
The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom comfortable and spacious.

Kettle, tea and coffee was available in the room if needed, and my room had a little balcony.
My stay was too short to enjoy the full experience, but it was a nice base for my visit to the Vatican and late return.

It is located in a residential area inside an apartment building. The street is quiet and peaceful, not far from the Vatican.
The room was small but clean, located on the ground floor with a small terrace.
The downsides of this hotel are that check-in is only available until 8 PM and the breakfast is very basic.
I believe the price for this room is slightly overpriced.

Nice small hotel. Great distance for everything in centrum Rome. Nice helpful staff and always clean rooms. Breakfast is like in every other hotels here in Rome and you don’t leave with an empty stomach. So 5 stars from us who came here 25 of April and stayed until 3 of May

This is an adorable boutique hotel in the heart of Rome. Only 6 rooms. We were in a room that had a tiny table and chairs out to the garden. It was very reasonably priced with a lovely breakfast in the morning. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Lucia, you were an angel 😇

Domus Terenzio is an excellent guest house in the beautiful Prati section of Rome. Everyone associated with Domus Terenzio was incredibly service oriented and helpful in every way. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast is abundant and diverse, as well as delicious. Email communication was prompt and helpful. This is our place to stay whenever we come to Rome.

A Small family run hotel, every attention to detail has been made very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and attentive making the stay very relaxed for our first time in Rome. Nice shaded terrace available for breakfast which was very good

Would highly recommend! It was perfect for what we needed it for. We were very close the Vatican area. There are a variety of brilliant bars and restaurants nearby. The room itself was spotless and aircon was a must and 10/10 for the heat in August! We were very impressed by the breakfast, the staff were super friendly and there was a great selection. Would highly recommend the garden. This was a great spot to have breakfast and it was an ideal start to any hectic day in Rome. I would recommend for a couple who have a focus on food and sights. I will definitely stay here again 💛
