The rooms are clean and spacious,the owner is very helpful and,they clean the rooms every day wich is very nice.The room from the bulevard is very noisy but in the other rooms it's ok,some of the rooms are with big balcony and the bus stations are over de road at abount 20 meters,the Metro station is at 800 m but you can take the bus everywhere from here.In the lobby is a microwave and free water,also sparkling water,the rooms have AC if you visit Rome in the summer.
I strongly recomand the cozy place

the hospital being just behind there is constant noise from ambulances, the windows are not soundproof and the neighbors upstairs are noisy, we didn't sleep during our entire stay///good room 10/10 //// rooom so cute***************************

Lovely staff, really nice breakfast and mini fridge with juice, milk, capsule coffee, tea, and more. Comfortable bed. Shower with good water pressure. Microwave available in the common area. Close to several bus stops. Totally recommended.

I choose this hotel because hotels in the city center were too expensive. This one was close to metro station and I could go to touristic places with one vehicle. Its close to Vatican City. Took 20-30 min by foot but also u can take the metro. Owner was so helpful and kind. My room was clean and well prepared. Breakfast was great for this price.

Very difficult to find at first. Walking around for 3 hours with the bags. Noisy from the boulevard. Clean, nice staff,good location.

Great little B&B. Claudio, the owner, was really helpful. He made sure we have a nice stay and even showed us how to get around Rome. The place is a converted apartment which provide a very spacious room. Ours come with a balcony. Location is also really good, only about 25 minutes walk to St. Peter's Square.

Nice location. Easy to commute if you have a metro pass. The cafe and the pizza shops which are adjacent to annodomini are really good.

Nice place.. Discreet because on arrival we were told that there was a check-out, we could wake up with comfortable.. Instead they came to wake us up, telling us to leave the room

The portions are small in comparison with other restaurants in the area; but let me tell you, the food was very good. The service was personal and super friendly. This is one of those places that is a little hole in the wall, but you'll miss a great good fest if you don't go in and sample the menu.
