Facilities: The toilet creaked when I sat on it, and the curtains wouldn't close. 😑
The shower stall was also very narrow, and I bumped my elbows several times while showering.
Environment: The soundproofing was also poor. Facing the street, the noise of cars was noticeable at night. The only positive point was that it was close to the Colosseum.
Cleanliness: Although I only had hard water in Italy, it was still unacceptable. The shower felt slippery and not completely clean. The water in the cup was cloudy, with bubbles and white particles floating in it.
Services: Luggage storage was available, but other services were lacking.
The price for the three of us, including the city fee, was RMB 4,000 per night, but one of my friends couldn't stand the noise and moved to another hotel.
Overall, it was really not good.

The front desk staff was warm and attentive, and their attitude was very good. They also arranged for us to check in early for free. Located in the heart of Rome, the train station and scenic spots are all within walking distance, and there's a subway station right at the door. Overall, I don't think it's as bad as some of the negative reviews say. Although the rooms are a bit old, they're spacious. This is a good hotel and worth staying in again.

I chose this hotel as I was staying in Rome for one night as a stopover. Traveling alone was a bit worrying, but the front desk staff were very helpful and explained everything to me.
The Colosseum was also easily reached in about 10 minutes on foot. I arrived at the hotel in the evening and visited the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. The Trevi Fountain was a bit far, but if you walk along well-lit streets, there are plenty of tourists, so it's not a problem.
The only downside is that the water in the room costs extra, which is more expensive than buying it at a mini-market. There's a mini-market a short walk away, so it's a good idea to buy your water there, and there are similar stores near the tourist spots, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Avoid thunder! Avoid thunder! We authorized the city tax on our credit card to be deducted twice. We provided the bank deduction information and bill screenshots, but the hotel refused to admit it! ! ! !

Good location and very close to metro station. The room is quiet and have most amenities except the curtain was fixed and was unable to be closed. I had to use some clothing pegs to clip them so it’s not too bright at 5am. Breakfast was reasonable. Overall considering the price they are charging I think it’s a good hotel to stay at.

The hotel is old, with renovated rooms.
The single rooms are small. They are close to the elevator.
Everything was clean. It has an electric kettle, tea, and coffee, like all 3- and 4-star hotels in Italy.
The location is very good. The metro is right on the corner. You can walk to the central train and bus stations.
Breakfast was adequate. Not much variety, but good coffee and freshly squeezed juices were included.

The location is easy to access and safe. Everything is within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious and the view from the rooftop was amazing!

Located in the middle of tourist spots in Rome, but awful service. Firstly, when you enter the hotel with all the lagugage, there are many steps which make it difficult to carry your stuff. The room was very small, I wanted to heat up my food, they said the microwave doesn't work or exist 🙄🙄🙄🙄the worst part was breakfast only hot thing on the menue was scrambled eggs ham, which were both tasteless 😳😳watermelon was the only available fruit, which most days they brought lame excuses why they can't have it, 🤔🤔🤔the juice was powder mixed with water 🤔🙄😱, the cakes and cheese were entirely tasteless, mainly factory packaging, not homemade, for a hotel with this price, the breakfast is awful 😣😣😣

Hotel is not good, air conditioner not working well, showers are very tiny, rooms have no view, breakfast is terrible only scrambled eggs and when asked can you fry eggs they say no, cappuccino from machine, if I could give it zero I would service is not good
