Amazing staff, and outrageous location! The rooms are very small, so are the bathrooms, so what I’m not gonna stay very long in the room I want to be outside all the time. I could walk to such major attractions as the Spanish steps, The fountain, Took a taxi to the Colosseum, did the hop on hop off bus, and all of the major designer boutiques, ridiculous location, location, location!!! I was there in early October and they were having such a heat wave. I think they’re saying it’s one of the hottest Octobers in their history. I was never uncomfortable in the room. Didn’t eat any breakfast there don’t remember if they had it.

The rooms SMELL DISGUSTING. There is mold growing next to the AC units in the rooms, spreading their spores in the air. I could barely sleep because the smell in the rooms was so bad. The sheets were damp, the decor and bathrooms needed to be updated 20 years ago, the food at breakfast was nasty, and the service from the desk attendants was subpar and even rude. This was absolutely the worst hotel we stayed in during our trip to Italy and it ruined our stay in Rome.

our stay at the hotel was great the hospitality of the Italians people is very good especially Yacoubo at the reception and all the staff I would like to return

The good: Staff, especially David at the front desk. Daily complimentary breakfast with delicious espresso. Location was close to multiple shopping areas, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. Walking distance to major attractions. Rooms were restocked and cleaned daily. Elevator from the 1920's was charming and surprisingly reliable. Stained glass windows throughout the hotel were beautiful.
The not so good: The room ac could not compensate for the excessive heat outside. The rooms are very small and the bathroom is very, very small. Not sure how either could be improved due to the building's age.

Staff was extremely friendly and gave good tips on restaurants and cafes where to go (and those places were good, we tested quite many).

Excellent location in the very center of Rome. You can walk everywhere.

The room we stayed in was way too small for 2 people, had a double bed taking up most of the room space, the bathroom was super uncomfortable and got way too hot the second the shower was on, the mini fridge didn't cool the drinks properly so they were room temp, AC was too noisy on the highest setting and not cooling enough on the middle or lower one.

Staff really saved it as they were very accommodating and helpful with restaurant recommendations.

The breakfast was nothing special and the elevator is really really old and hard to operate with luggage, not accessible in the slightest for disabled folks and people with strollers as the doors open on the front and the left.

We knew the room would be small, but the prime and safe location, and service made it worth it. Only wish all guests had access to the rooftop. First visit to Rome and Jacobo and David were really so helpful, informative, friendly and provided great recommendations. We didn't have to worry about anything! Would definitely stay again, just in a larger room.

Although rooms are quite small, they are very neat and clean. The location is great, near the metro station, cathedrals, Tevere and shops.
Jacobo and David were really helpful!

Not great and outdated. I’m pretty sure my bed was broken… the only reason for two stars is the friendliness of the staff, who are really nice and helpful.

Centrally located in Roma, friendly receptionist, value for money. Old style. Lift could be a problem at times.
