Everything was perfect and clean ! We were even able to store our luggage for the day for free on our check out day, great stay !!

This hotel has no elevator, so it might be a bit difficult if you have heavy luggage.
The room is very good, and the bathroom is spacious and very clean.

Very close to Rome Train Station. Single beds were really small and uncomfortable. One pillow, but in my opinion we should get two. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I would stay again if I ever visit Rome.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so you'll have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs if you don't mind. Air conditioning is an extra charge, which was unbearable for us in the summer! I will never rent this hotel again.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
The rooms appear to be freshly refurbished—clean, spacious, with high ceilings.
The downside is that we need to walk up 2 storey to reach the rooms.
We paid an extra €5 per night for air conditioning. Even though it wasn’t too hot in late August, some ventilation was needed. However, opening the window wasn’t ideal because of the traffic.

The hotel seemed recently renovated. Its location was very convenient, close to Termini station and within walking distance of the Colosseum. The room and bathroom were clean and larger than we expected. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the daily €5 charge for the air conditioning, which felt a bit unusual.

Amazing location and very clean. Service was great. Happy to have stayed here. Right near the metro station and close to Rome Termini. Highly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful and clean inside, the rooms are big with tall windows and air con which was definitely needed this summer. Couldn't fault the hotel at all only downfall was the area as it can feel a little unsafe the further away from the city centre you go. Lots of graffiti and homeless in the area, however the tram and bus stops were close by so easy links to all neighbouring areas you'd want to visit.
