5/5 for the kind and helpful staff - but unfortunately I had to change the room 2 times so I have to give 4/5. My first room was hot like a sauna and the A/C didn’t work. The second room smelled like cigarettes. Third room was good. Too much plastic-packed food at breakfast, less plastic and more fresh would be better also for the nature. Women with long hair should notice that the showers don’t have hand-held shower heads - not ideal but they do offer shower caps. Rooms were cleaned well. Overall atmosphere was calm and safe.

Since the municipal code in Rome doesn’t allow the heaters turn on the room was freezing! Had to insist the staff who are not friendly to provide us a portable heater. It was a cold night in Rome. Also parking is tough and expensive and the hotel is tight quarters.

The hotel is ok, and the room is good; however, during the booking it was said that there was a parking available, and when we arrived there wasn’t… only five spots for the whole hotel. They said we supposed to reserve a parking spot, but there wasn’t anything saying that we had to do this. And the attendant of the reception was very rude…

Easy to get into centre by bus. Helpful staff. Breakfast was ok but go early!

Cleanliness, customer service and breakfast was amazing. Only wish there were more/ better toiletries and the shower was very small and tight. There was also a step into the bathroom which was a tripping hazard (our room was small to save money.)

Hotel was super clean and greeted by friendly staff.
The hotel was located from walking distance to convenience stores, and restaurants. I enjoyed staying here. The rooms were smaller than what I thought. But overall, I enjoyed my stay.
They do offer breakfast from 7 to 10 A.M. for seven euros per person.

Far from the center, but the area is quiet.
Breakfast is extremely poor, the room is small, but expected, cleaned daily. Laundry is not available daily.

Its good for a short stay.. breakfast is bare minimum. Limited option. Its near to the centre and accesible by tram (a little walk) and bus. Theres also nearby groceries and cafes and restaurants. Staffs are good and accomodating except the Filipina in the restaurant. Room Cleaning is daily.

The hotel is a bit old and maybe needs an improvement. Pros: 1. Near the centre 2. Near to public transpo (10mins walk to tram/few steps to bus stop) 3. Famous spots are walkable. 4. Accommodating staff. 5. Daily room cleaning. Cons: 1. Old property 2. Breakfast is limited and no savory option (even omellette is not available) 3.Room Doors is too noisy and loud when closing (like you will bang it)
