Lovely hotel for a 3 night stay. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Great location, near the Termini Station. Lovely staff, the rooms were very cozy and warm in November, and super clean. The breakfast was very good, the pastries were very delicious.
Hope to come back to Rome and to this hotel.

Very reasonable for the price and location, which is very close to Roma Termini station. Clean rooms and good service. Water pressure in the showers was abysmal, but hey, can't win em all.

Cheap and reliable hotel near termini station. Single room was quite small but just enough for one night stay.
Customer service was really good. As english speaking tourist we get along just fine and it was easy to agree special arrangement as picking up luggage later after check out.
Location was bit noisy on night but that might be normal thing you can't easily avoid on Rome.

Absolutely perfect stay! Great location, close to Termini train and bus station.
Room had everything we needed, as we were out most of the day, exploring the city.
Staff was awesome! Gave us great recommendations for restaurants and off-track places to visit. They also helped me with the ice packs for my diabetes kit, keeping it in the freezer every night.

The water heater was not working for the entire duration of our stay (4 days).
The air-conditioner was not working properly in the first three days, literally blowing out room temperature air (it was summer). They did manage to get it fixed for our last night of stay, and provided an electric fan in the mean time.
The bathroom was small.
The room was clean and the location is very convenient, being a 3-minutes walk away from Rome Termini station.

Good location. Walking distance from the railway station. Many restaurants nearby. Though the hotel was old and the room was tiny, it was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only problem was the hot water and air-con which went off a few times at night.

The location of this hotel is very good (walking distance from Termini station) and the room size is decent. Although it only has 1 elevator, it really helps a lot when you have been assigned a higher-level room like we were. But there is one big serious problem - insufficient hot water supply. As we had an upper-level room, every night there was no hot water at all when we tried to take a shower. We had to call their front desk very night, and the guy would say: wait a couple of minutes, let me do some adjustment to the water supply. We imagine they would manually redirect some hot water to our room due to its scarcity. Then the hot water would suddenly be on. To us it was a big nuisance since we had to call every single night to get some hot water. So if you enjoy taking icy cold shower you may just love this hotel, or if you get a lower level room it might not be a problem at all.

The hotel is clean, but the room is quite small. The staff is very helpful; since we had to check in after 12 PM, they assisted us with online check-in and sent us a video on how to get the key when the reception was closed. Additionally, the location is great, as it is very close to Roma Termini, making it very convenient.

Its a nice hotel, great and convenient location. The service was good, people were really polite and patient, however we had booked a double small room, but it was shockingly small. My parents room hardly had any space to open their suitcase and only two charging ports + one if you unplug the tv. But since we spent most of the day outside, it didn’t bother us much. My shower didn’t work properly :( Like I said really convenient location- and breakfast was standard like other hotels, but nice
