+ The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with large windows and plenty of natural light, plus a balcony. Comfortable beds and bedside tables. A well-maintained bathroom with a shower. Although the furniture isn't the newest, it serves its purpose.
+ I really like the mini fridge inside the room.
+ A friendly reception desk and helpful staff.
+ There is a shared space with a kitchen, but it was quiet.
+ There is a bus stop right next to the hotel.

- The big downside is that the heating only works from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.! Which is usually when you're sightseeing. You're in your room in the mornings and evenings, and it's especially cold in the mornings and evenings, so the heating should be turned on then.
- There's a coffee machine, but it hasn't been used in a while and probably hasn't been cleaned in a longer while.
- The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk away, with several pedestrian crossings and a lot of stairs

Rooms are quite nicely designed for short stays. I stayed here with two of my friends and we were all very happy.

The rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed once in every 3 days. There is good WiFi, free coffee and tea, nice water, TV, and airconditioner. All the basics are there.

We had 2 rooms +1 private bathroom, one room was really good because there was a window and air conditioner, the other one was not that good because the window was locked and the ceiling fan was loud. Service was great and owner was helpful, location was great too beacause Vatican was 15 minutes away, bus was 1 minute away and metro was like 11 minutes.

Excellent place to stay for your Roman vacations, Joe and his wife super, room is shining from cleaning, quiet, everything in order and 2 buses (46 & 49) are very helpful for the transportation in famous roman destinations, also metro station close to the hotel.
In the corner a cafe and super-market.
Also...you go to Vatican on foot in 20 min.

It's a 15 min walk to the entrance of Vatican and 30 min to the inner city. Room was very clean and the host super friendly and helpful. The rooms are made lovely but are a bit damaged on the walls. For the price (cheapest option for a privat room as we booked 2 weeks in advance) it's really okay and we can recommend it.
