We really enjoyed our stay at Clemy in Rome! It’s perfectly located by the metro and the Colosseum. We had a room with a sofa bed and the mattress on the sofa bed a bit uncomfortable and needs updating. The other main bed was fine. Other than that, we truly loved staying there. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay. Cristiano as very accommodating and allowed us to come and drop our bags early so that we could catch our Colosseum tour. He also recommended great places to eat. We really enjoyed Clemy in Rome.

Amazing location, friendly host

This property is not even a proper hotel—it’s more like an Airbnb. It’s a three-bedroom house where each room is rented out separately. The towels and bed sheets were extremely worn out, and one of them even had a hole in it. The air conditioning was broken, and there was water leaking everywhere. When we requested a fix, we were told someone would be sent to repair it, but no one ever showed up.

We stayed during one of the hottest days in Rome and couldn’t sleep until morning due to the unbearable heat. We ended up having to change hotels and requested a refund, but the property keeps refusing and redirecting us to Hotels.com. I honestly don’t understand why this listing is even on Hotels.com—it belongs on Airbnb, and even there it should have the lowest possible rating. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Really comfy and nice place to stay during your visit to Rome, the zone it's located in is not that touristic but it's really near to the coliseum. Mr. Cristiano is truly a nice person and very welcoming. Recommended

Amazing accommodation in the most perfect spot in Rome. Neat and well appointed rooms with cafes, restaurants, coffee and a little alimentary all within 50ms. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly - with great recommendations for anything we needed. Highly recommended

Great set up and lovely comfortable and clean room. Located approximately 7 mins walk from colosseum. There’s a theatre literally opposite the apartment entrance and lots of bars and restaurants close by. We found the pastries and coffees to be very reasonably priced local to the apartment. Our contact was very friendly and helpful when we asked about where to go for food and drinks.

Clean nice room and lovely host!
Beautiful clean room. The host was very welcoming and helpful. He even gave us map and pointed out all the places to see and best places to eat. He even gave our children little gifts. It was a very pleasant stay.

We had lovely experience at Clemy in Rome. The room was nice and clean. Free coffee (nespresso) and tea is available. The place is in walking distance of the colloseum, foro romano and Palentine hill. A nice place to eat is Trattoria Morgana and Ristorante pizzeria Da Michele just a few steps away. When you leave, they can safekeep your luggage at Clemy in Rome till you pick it up that day. They will provide you a key so you can get inside. Last but not least, Cristiano, the host, is very friendly and wonderful man, who will help you with every question you have. You will have a wonderful experience during your stay here.
