Concept Terrace Hotel in Rome

I recently stayed at the Concept Terrace Hotel in Rome and overall had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, though they do show a bit of wear — there were some stains on the walls, hopes in towels etc. That said, the bed was cozy and the room was clean, so it didn’t really affect my comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast. There is a wide selection of options, the coffee is excellent and the fresh orange juice is a great touch. It’s a perfect way to start a day of sightseeing in Rome. Despite the slightly worn rooms, the comfort and the wonderful breakfast make this hotel easy to recommend. I would happily stay here again.

Very good place to stay. It was strange that nobody works there after 7 pm. We didnit have complimentary drink/water when we arrived. Other than that the hotel has very friendly staff with very good breakfast.

I stayed at this spot for just a night before I took a cab to the airport, so I can't talk to the breakfast. The room was clean and bed comfortable. I really enjoyed the terrace set up. There was a small table with two chairs, and I sat out there with my laptop working while the sun went down before dinner. It doesn't get much better than that.

Breakfast looked delicious. The hotel did have a problem with mosquitos which was being fixed a few days after we left, everyone in my family received mosquito bites while at the hotel. Rooms are located on the fifth floor with a small elevator. The pillows felt flat and not supportive. The staff was nice and spoke English. The best part was the central location.

Great location to be if you want to explore Rome. Everything is walkable, from the Colosseum to the Spanish steps to the Trevi fountain, we were able to see everything we wanted to see. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the train station, which was very doable as we came in late at night. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable with nice little balconies.

Love this intimate boutique hotel located on one floor in a high-rise building near Piazza Barberini. Climb the stairs to the fifth floor or take the elevator. Note that the elevators are small. Booked three rooms for our family. They were so nice to put all three rooms in a row and upgrade my sister-in-law who checked in earlier in the morning to a balcony room. Communication prior to arriving was fantastic. Since we were arriving in the evening, but my sister-in-law was arriving in the morning. I needed to make sure that she would be OK to check in earlier. They were very accommodating and even gave her a cappuccino and a snack when she arrived. The rooms were larger than most that we've stayed in Italy. Each room was slightly different, but had a comfy king size bed, a desk, a refrigerator, a bathroom with a shower and a bidet, and a balcony with a beautiful planter filled with fresh flowers. Make sure to bring a US converter to charge your electronics. Check in with so easy. Nice to be able to get recommendations for dinner in the neighborhood. We ate at Hostaria Romano and at Colline Emiliane and they were both great. Make a reservation if you can in advance. Our breakfast buffet in the morning was also so delicious. Vincenzo made us fresh cappuccinos, fresh lattes, and freshly squeezed orange juice each morning. Dholly kept a full spread of eggs, cheese, salads, fresh fruits, veggies, and pastries stocked and served with a huge smile. My favorite were the Caprese salads, the roasted eggplant and the croissants. She even made boiled eggs for my in-laws. What a great way to start the day. Location, location, location. Location was great. So easy to walk to the Spanish Steps, Piazza Barberini or the Roman Forum. The Big Bus Hop On/Hop Off Stop 8 is literally down the street near a Pam Local grocery store which was perfect for catching the tour bus or grabbing a drink and snacks for the day. In fact, we pretty much walked almost everywhere (including back and forth from the Vatican) because the location was so great. Highly recommend a stay at this charming Roman boutique in a high rise in the heart of the city. Un grande ringraziamento a Vincenzo e Dholly per aver avuto così tanta cura della nostra famiglia!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights in September 2024 and had a wonderful experience. Its location is ideal, with key attractions like the Trevi Fountain and Roma Termini Station just a short walk away. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also very satisfying, and I highly recommend including it in your booking. Overall, I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

Amazing hotel with the friendliest staff! Everything you need in one place and the location was perfect! We stayed here for 1 night and the room was in great condition, huge shower, comfy beds and air con! 15 minute walk from Colosseum and 5 mins from fountain! Would definitely return ☺️

This is an unusual hotel in that is is on level five of a six level building and only occupies some of that floor. An array of other types of businesses are on other levels but you only see them as you go up/down in the glass elevator. The hotel is well located to bus and metro services and easy walking to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, art and history museums etc. We had a balcony room, spacious enough and a small but modern bathroom. We had scaffolding near our balcony for tradies working on level six but this didn’t obstruct or view. I would check that you didn’t have a balcony room that was obstructed by scaffolding. Good A/C and TV. Very good breakfast for €10 and in a lovely enclosed but light and airy terrace area. King bed was firm but comfy. Double gazed doors provide efficient soundproofing. Our host Palmira was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. My wife was quite I’ll on the second and third days and we were to check out at 11am, but our airport transfer wasn’t until 5.30pm. Palmira changed the room cleaning schedule to allow us a 3pm checkout without any extra charge even though I insisted. This meant my wife had somewhere comfortable to rest for most the day.
