The host/manager was very nice. Everything is very clean and you are very close to the metro. My wife fell I’ll and the manager helped us arrange a comfortable way to the airport and back home. I can only recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. Super clean. Very comfortable. Close to nice restaurants as well.

At this price you should not expect any good hotel in Rome. But this exceeds expectations. My wife and me were there in late August to early September 2017. The little hotel - 4 rooms - is run by two very friendly brothers who will give you any help during your stay. Everywhere it is very clean. Rooms are freshly painted and modern, big enough for two with heavy luggage. Bed ist excellent, very big. Bathroom with showers of our room was small but big enough either. The brothers are sort of tech-freaks: Very fast WiFi/WLAN, giant Internet-TV... Air condition is modern and powerful. Windows are closing good, so it is not noisy. A parking for the car is available, not expensive.
There are two pretty good and affordable restaurants, one just downstairs, the other 50 meters away. The entrance to the metro is just 20 meters away, easy to get into town. This quarter of Rome is safe even at night.
The only downside is the italian breakfast: sweat stuff only. But there is a bar across the street and an even better one (run by a remarkable friendly Rumanian woman) 50 meters up the hill.
We will definitely take this hotel again on our next stay in Rome.
