Reviews
There’s no key card, just a code to access the room, which felt a bit inconvenient. Parking was a major issue: there’s no private parking on site, and the option recommended by the staff was a valet-style service that didn’t feel safe or reassuring. It wasn’t a luxury setup — the parking lot was dark, and the men managing it didn’t inspire much trust. With a rental car, we really didn’t feel comfortable leaving it there.
We ended up parking in the street, which was hard to find but at least only paid from 8am to 11pm — free overnight.
The neighborhood didn’t feel very safe, especially in the evening, and the noise level was quite high with constant cars, trams, ambulances, and police sirens throughout the night.
On the positive side, the nightly rate was quite good compared to other hotels in Rome, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which made going out for dinner easy.
Overall, we wouldn’t choose to stay again, but we do hope the experience can be improved for future stays.
The hotel provides access to the fundamentals you would need when travelling, drinks, food, cocktails, kettle and microwave around the ground floor area which was very convenient
There are also all the connectors and chargers that you need at short notice that you can purchase
The communal areas and bedrooms are very clean and environmental considerations are prominent
There is also a self service baggage facility which is a really great idea
The room we had was on the small side which is not a problem
There is a safe and AC. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is good - though not enough space for bathroom accesssories for 2 people
The biggest negative for us was that there is nowhere to store clothes- there is a hanging facility for shirts, jackets and trousers but no drawers for underwear, socks etc, so we were living out of our suitcase for a few days.
Other than that this was a great stay
There were also convenient vending machines available for snacks and other items, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was good and well-presented; however, we were surprised to be told that eggs had run out when we arrived at 9:00 AM, even though breakfast service continued for another hour.
One important note: the hotel is not a 10-minute walk from Roma Termini station, as advertised. It actually takes at least 25 minutes on foot, which was quite disappointing and misleading. A taxi from Termini costs at least around €30–35, which isn’t budget-friendly.
There is a bus stop about a 10-minute walk from the hotel where you can catch the 71 bus to Roma Termini, which takes around 15 minutes. Bus service is regular on weekdays but slower on weekends, with waits of 30 minutes or more at times.
Overall, it’s a good hotel with clean facilities and helpful staff, but the inaccurate information about the location was frustrating and made our travel plans more difficult than expected.
The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. What more could you want?
I certainly would give this hotel a ten star rating. Thank you.
This Rome rental exceeded expectations! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. What truly stood out was the agency’s **outstanding hospitality** – they responded instantly to every inquiry, provided detailed local tips, and even helped arrange transportation for our early morning flight.
While the space was compact (typical for central Rome), its clever design maximized functionality. Though not mentioned in the listing, we were pleasantly surprised by the quiet neighborhood despite being within walking distance to major attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain.
If you prioritize cleanliness, responsive support, and a central location, this rental is a fantastic choice. Perfect for travelers who value efficiency and a stress-free experience in the Eternal City!
