The rooms were very well kept and use a code to get in and out of the building over cards or keys. This was a nice touch and made travelling much more convenient.
There is breakfast in the morning for an additional fee and two microwaves on the ground floor you can freely use. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Oh and there is air-conditioning throughout the building and rooms as well.
Most importantly, the beds very comfortable with a memory foam pillow, which was unexpected and very welcome. Overall, a fantastic option for travelers.

The hotel was clean, people were nice, breakfast was good (check second room also!)
If you arrive by car you can find a secure one on parkopedia.
Amenities: Clean and smells good, has a fridge (!!!), works well with air conditioning, has good hot water, and has a balcony. The room keypad is numbered, so I didn't have to worry about losing or forgetting my room key. The staff are friendly, and the reception sells water and snacks, which is convenient.
Highly recommended if you're traveling in Rome!
There is a large supermarket near the hotel, which is very convenient for replenishing daily necessities. The prices in the large supermarket are also low. The hotel lobby is equipped with a microwave to heat food, which is very convenient.
There are many room types in the hotel. This time I was lucky to get a room with a small balcony, which was very comfortable for ventilation and lighting. This hotel is equipped with a refrigerator in the room, but there is no electric kettle in the room.
The hotel service is very good, and the front desk staff are enthusiastic and proactive in helping travelers answer questions and solve problems.
This B&B is very cost-effective and highly recommended. It is safer to stay in a hotel in a local residential area in Rome than in a hotel near tourist attractions.
