I saw some pretty low ratings on Google and was a bit apprehensive, but it turned out to be really great! It's entirely self-service, and the sign is huge, so it's very easy to find.

Very clean rooms with a great location. Very secure on the third floor with no noise pollution from the city centre, despite the great proximity.

This hotel is a bit hard to find; it's on the third floor of Building B. Hopefully, this will be helpful for those who happen to find it. The owner is very nice, and the cleaning is done quite well every day.

It was very easy to find the apartment. It was clean, and tidy, and the location was prime.
Next to different bus stations, and within walking distance to a lot of famous monuments such as the Vatican & the Trevi Fountain.
I would stay there again for sure!

Dear Team of ******* good day.
During my stay when I was making showers just after finishing to washing myself, the smell that was on the shower make me pulling The smell in the shower made me vomit every time I finished showering, in the last case the soap container fell, and when I bent down to pick it up the smell was very strong.
The smell of the shower came under the wooden board that separated the floor from the touch of my feet, I immediately got out as a result of the strong smell I smelled.
When I lifted the wooden board I saw a shocking sight.
Pieces of excrement had probably been lying for some time under the wooden board that separated the floor, and in some areas of the wooden board there was also rot that when I held it my hand got a black stain.
I immediately called the manager of the hotel. His answer was that I must not have defecated. And that was the end of the event for him, of course the smell didn't go away in the shower because the wooden board was soaked in both feces and black green.
I was very disappointed by the manager's attitude as if nothing had happened and I as a guest was traumatized by the matter.

No A/C. Host is dishonest and rarely there. Far from everything; you will be paying 30-60 Euros to get anywhere by taxi. The host pretends not to speak English so that he doesn’t have to help you. We saw him at check in, then later when we complained continuously about a/c he came back literally for 5 minutes -get this- to show us the breaker panel and how to flip the breakers on and off so that the a/c would start. It was all a sham. The a/c never came on. We never saw him again. They gave a different story to our travel agent… that they refused to turn the a/c on as it was cool outside. There were no other guests. There was no customer service of any kind. We stayed at an airBNB in Trastevere and the owner was more helpful by leaps and bounds; highly recommend you find somewhere that will not ruin your vacation. We left a day early. Could not stand the heat and the premises. We stayed at 4 separate places throughout Italy during our vacation. this was by far the worst.
