Welcome to Dumpsville! Another terrible hotel. It’s amazing how many there are in the world. Room smelled and felt like someone had just taken a shower - damp, musty and sweaty. Zero soundproofing, the walls might as well have been holograms. No water in the rooms or even a cup to pour your own into. Breakfast consisted of a handful of crusts of bread as a coach party had just snaffled the lot and even the coffee was tasteless and cheap. Please try and save up a few extra £s/€s/$s and book somewhere else.

Everything works, but the owner doesn't spend much on renovations and maintenance. The water in the toilet was slow, the bathroom window could not be closed. With a little effort it would be a very good hotel, so it is only average. The breakfast was plentiful. I also bought dinner once, it was mediocre. The pillows were too hard for me.

Staff not available. Waited ½ hour b4 we found anyone. No bell or phone at reception desk. Room had broken and cut wires everywhere. Ceiling lights hanging down. Hotel restaurant say open every night but not open. Very disappointing

Paid for a room stuffed full of old cigarette smoke as a lifetime non smoker with no opportunity to change, other things like uncomfortable bed and bad location is acceptable due to price but a cigarette hotel room in 2025 just unreasonable

Has a good vibe to it, staff is always friendly. If you travel by public transport it can be tricky. Is outside of town - doesn’t seem like the rest of Rome. Ok to stay over night. A/c is insufficient, bed very comfi. Breakfast is ok. But again, everybody working there, is always smiling.

Rebibia station is about a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel is situated next to the Terna company building. It's a bit dated and a little out of the way, but the value for money is excellent – definitely recommended! Breakfast was also good.

Early morning terrible noise. I don’t know where it’s come from. It’s wall cracking or some construction at the top or something else but since 6 AM we wake up we couldn’t sleep again. Reception did nothing.

Everything was great, the breakfast was good, but it's a bit far from central Rome.

First room they gave was awful but the frontdesk staff was very friendly to change it. The internet was bad. Food was good.

We booked three nights in this hotel, as of arrival we noticed decaying floor panels, unexplainable stains, AC not in working condition, window is not possible to close, greasy uncleaned light buttons, dirty floor and other issues, totally night and day compared to the Booking.com listing and photos. Hotel is not responding to refund request and is ignoring my messages. I would like to warn anyone that will book here - don't. Staff was not interested in helping, simply said "ahh ok sorry for experience, you can ask Booking to help with money return". We booked another hotel after first night.
