All compliments to the hotel and its friendly staff. I truly don’t understand the 2.9 rating, people can be overly demanding and expect too much for a relatively low price in Italy. The hotel is not expensive, and the value for money is excellent. It is conveniently located near a metro station, which provides easy access to all major attractions. The rooms are clean, and the reception staff are very kind and always available. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

For the price we paid, it was not worth it.

Day time 90 degrees, no allowed turn on air conditioning. Only can stay at night with windows open.
Sleep with mosquito.
Shower no curtains.

I was in this hotel because of school trip. It was horrible experience. Dirty bathrooms, not really good rooms and indigestible food. Even the "cook" was very aggressive when we protested one evening that we wouldn't eat the food. The next day he was at the reception, so who knows if he was actually the cook. It's just a 4 star scam. I don't recommend this hotel at all, it's not worth the price you pay.

Discussing breakfast, almost nothing, we had some old, hard doughnuts, we had to eat outside because of so little food.
Extremely big tax, bad service.
Hotel has four stars for no reason, hotels like these have two stars maximum.

Unfortunately when booking through ‘Love holidays’ the hotel is under another name so you don’t see the reviews until too late! The hotel is not clean, there were old food wrappers under our bed. We were given half a toilet roll for 7nights. Only plus side was the young girl on reception was very polite and helpful and we had an outside terrace ( the door didn’t lock properly though!) The location is quite far away from anything. With all this we decided to cut our losses and only stayed for 2 nights. Very disappointing.

It is very far from the center and far from the metro, it is not worth saving money on this hotel because it does not cost you money. It is a very old hotel with scratched walls, scratched tables, old bathroom. Broken door, old beds, uncomfortable mattresses. Not worth it.
