Hotel Marte in Milan

I'd rather sleep on the street! ---- 5 !

Shameful ! Arrived on site we were told that the reservation is no longer available so it was made a few days earlier (number of card, etc.)
The guy makes no effort of language, speaking very fast Italian, and does not help us in not accepting not even give us the code for wifi to find another hotel !
I recommended strongly the establishment

I stayed in this hotel for a short night from Saturday to Sunday and Sunday morning I started work on the renovation of a room right next to mine. I had asked during the reservation if it was possible to know if there were noises saw that the room next to this is a disco at a certain time. They told me that it was quite silent. I slept less than expected and saw the time change, you can imagine that wasn't happy at the reception to check out I have been able to say anything to respond to my complaints because if I rubbed it completely and the staff is unprepared and rude over that cheeky. Their solution was to give me a discount on the next stay, and have unlimited buffet breakfast, but to me all this does not care, and I don't think I return on the place. The next time you work on the third floor, it would be a good idea and courtesy to place the customer to another plan so that I can sleep in peace. Thanks.

Far far from Metro stop, especially with luggage. Neighbourhood looks run down.
Hotel has no lift, had to climb 6 flights of stairs to get to our rooms. Shower space tiny can’t even close the door whilst in there. The morning we left, guy on reception extremely RUDE.

Old and ugly hotel.
The only good thing is the location, just 15 minutes walk from Navigli area.
The room was small with a small bed, definitely not double bed like I have paid for. It was a 1and a half size which was not comfortable at all for two people.
This is the reason why in the pictures the double beds are finely cut, so that you can’t see the actual size!!
Moreover the bathroom furniture was old and rusty, but clean I must say.
