Nice hotel, clean and professional. Ideal for business visits.

Avoid this place!
The last renovations might have happened decades ago. Carpets are dirty and spotted, walls scratched from the housemaid's cart.
The wallpaper in the room was curled up, walls were moldy beneath. The tile grouts and silicone fillers in the bathroom moldy too. There is no heating till november, the extra blankets they gave for the room were musty, too disgusting to use and the front office refused to change them, so we rather choose to wear an extra layer for sleeping which was not too comfy.
The breakfast was very disappointing. One type of cheese, two types of cold cuts (one was even rancid one morning), vegetables means half cut tomatoes and some green leaves...
And the coffee machine brews the coffee FROM POWDER!!!
NO FRESH GROUND COFFEE IN ONE OF THE COFFEE CAPITALS AROUND THE WORLD!!!

Absolutely don't understand the 4 stars, would deserve about 2...

One of the worst hotel experiences of my life :(

Stains on the bathroom floor, not all lights on the room functioning and an error i the room booked. I booked a king sized bed and they gave a room with two single beds saying that’s what they got in the reception and saying it was the same price. As a solo traveler i do not need two beds so i was disappointed. Furthermore, the queues were long to check in or drop your bag, short staffed at certain hours.

I am currently staying in this hotel, and I can honestly say it has been one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had. In my personal opinion, the overall conditions are far below what any guest should expect.

The temperature control in the room is practically nonexistent — it’s either freezing cold or unbearably hot, with no middle ground. Sleeping comfortably has been impossible.

Hygiene is another major issue. From what I’ve experienced, the room felt poorly cleaned, and several areas throughout the hotel seemed neglected. It left me with the impression that cleanliness is simply not a priority here.

Based on my stay, I would strongly discourage anyone from booking this place. I truly regret choosing this hotel and hope others can avoid the same disappointment.

I give two star only for the room size was quite enough but overall service wise they are not at all 4 star hotel. First there is no normal water in the entire hotel I went down and checked they said they have only carbonated water rooms are very old and very hot some the lights are not working since we stayed just for a night so i adjusted otherwise I dont waste my stay in this hotel

This is one of the worst hotels I ever checked in note out it says 4 star n it was arranged by the tour agent. Noisy, no AC , no WiFi n it is a hall of shame for Milan , which claim to be a metropolitan . Lights also not working and wall paper looks ancient, broken hangar n worn out carpet. Washroom in the lobby (last photo) speaks volume.
So run down indeed ! Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!

Unfortunately, during my stay, €400 and 3000 Romanian lei were stolen from my wallet inside my luggage, in the locked room.
I reported it to the hotel, but they only replied that “nothing was found” and took no responsibility.
The door was not forced, which clearly indicates the theft was committed by someone with access to the room.
I have already informed Booking.com and will provide all evidence to the authorities.
A very disappointing and unsafe experience for a 4-star hotel.

Very nice old Italian style hotel. Good breakfast. A bit far from Milan center.

PROS -
Loved the room itself. Spacious. Good bathroom.

CONS -
Wifi doesn’t work however and the remote for the
TV doesn’t work either. Also some of the lights don’t turn on.
When asked for a new remote a maintenance worker came twice but did not assist.
