The junior suite is not fit for 4 adults, maybe 2 adults and 2 very small kids would be ok. The 2 twin beds are just small cots with mattresses. AC was running very poorly, so we had trouble sleeping.

Close to the port. Nice view from the terrace and the roof. Breakfast choice was limited but good enough. No kettle in bedroom.

The Aircondition was broken and we didn’t get it fixed during our stay which caused us a sleepless night, the toilet door was broken and the tv didn’t work. The breakfast didn’t the meet expectations of a 4-star hotel. The location is fantastic with 2-3min walking distance from
The ferry and restaurants and bike-rental shops just around the Corner. The staff was very helpful and nice. Although, the hotel is poorly maintenance I’d not rate it as 4-star.

Everything went very well overall. The only issue I had was that you had to find street parking, but it worked out in the sense that it was free and usually you could find a spot close to the hotel. The employee at the front desk was super helpful. Our room was really nice and comfortable. Did not know it was right in front of the ferries, so that part was louder than I thought but overall it was such a beautiful room, we were ok with it. Ear plugs did help:). A exceptional breakfast out on the terrace was a nice touch!

Great hotel right in front of the harbour where the ferries to/from Palau come and go every 20 mins or so.
Staff was kind and helpful and our room was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. Many bars and restaurants nearby.

Somewhat unlucky that a rare occurrence for Sardinia (intense rain in April) caused the breakfast room to be affected by water leaking from the top and a breakfast experience less pleasant than it could have been. Would suggest the hotel to accelerate remedial works asap so that it doesn't happen again.
