Club Esse Cala Bitta in Baja Sardinia

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The rooms are in terrible condition, the service is awful, and they have a water dispenser but won't let guests use it unless they buy bottled water — completely ridiculous and greedy. The room was infested with ants, and half of the breakfast area was supposedly "reserved" for some imaginary guests while paying customers had nowhere to sit. The breakfast itself was terrible, and the fruit was old, rotten, and clearly not fit to be served.
Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This place is poorly managed, badly maintained, and has no respect for its guests. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. Avoid this hotel at all costs

The rooms shown on Booking are located in an old section of the hotel, surrounded by a neglected and dirty garden. In addition, the level of dirt in the rooms and the strong moldy smell are absolutely appalling.

The bed is an improvised iron-frame bed with two mattresses stacked on it, and the balcony is disgustingly dirty. After we had a serious argument with the owner—who is unbelievably rude and unpleasant—and threatened to report him to the Ministry of Tourism and the Consumer Protection Authority, he suddenly offered us a newly renovated and decent room in the main building of the hotel, for which he demanded an additional €120.

Breakfast is exactly the same every day: what seem to be powdered eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, and some very low-quality cold cuts. What’s more, although breakfast is officially served until 10:00 a.m., and in theory you could arrive at 9:50 a.m. and still eat, in reality they practically throw you out of the restaurant at 10:10 a.m.

The staff are just as unpleasant and rude as the owner, and we visited at the beginning of the season, when they supposedly should not have been exhausted or overwhelmed by guests.

The room itself was cleaned, but no one swept the stairs or the outdoor areas of the hotel during our five-day stay, making the entire property look very neglected and poorly maintained.

This is an extremely expensive place for what it offers and it is simply not worth the money. I do not recommend it at all.

The food specifically breakfast was horrible. So cheap and poor. Swimming pool area really nice. Rooms with garden views- worst ever. No window, probably 45 years old without upgrading. Beds are NOT comfortable!!! Spare blankets- like horses cover.

I had to cancel my holiday last minute because we were burgled of our id and holiday money, they would not refund us anything or give us a voucher.Not only were we burgled but then also lost all the money we paid for the holiday
