In the heart of the old city and located on the main pedestrian road. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
The rooms themselves are a bit of a surprise. There's the jacuzzi and the big bed but when you look on the ceiling there's a mirror over top of the bed! The room was clean and larger than most in Palermo.
The service was great. We arrived late to no issues, on departure they helped us arrange a car and the room came with a complementary bottle of champagne.

Overall great experience and would reccomend.

Excellent in every way! The room is spotless, the location couldn't be better, the breakfast is delicious, and the owner is wonderfully friendly.

A brilliant place. A great room in the heart of Palermo. Room was spotlessly clean and was decorated with a nice rustic vibe. Yes, it is a bit noisy in the evening, but Palermo was buzzing and once the shutters are closed and the a/c is on it did not bother us. The property is situated in a pedestrian zone, but the staff were very proactive in advising where we could park the rental car for free (10-15mins walk), or they can arrange to park at a local garage for a fee. This may be an issue for some, but for us it was fine and we loved staying here.

Beautifully renovated 18th century building 2 minutes from the four corners and the hart of Palermo. Just close enough to walk everywhere without the noise and traffic. The family that runs the place did everything to make us feel at home and are just generally kind people. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else on my next trip.

What I liked most about my stay/hotel was the Stuff- Mario messaged me a day before arrival to see if I was still attending and if I need directions to get from the airport to the hotel!
We had a delay with our flight and missed the normal check in times and he checked to see if we were okay, once we had arrived he let us know that we can message him if we need any help locating things to do!
I’m really pleased with my stay here and if/when I do come back to Palermo I will be staying here again.

Terrible hotel. On the fourth floor of a very old building. View from the bin window. It is impossible to enter and exit the hotel on your own. We have to wait for the owner of the hotel. There are no services here. You need to lift your suitcase yourself to a room without an elevator. A terrible place. A very crowded street with old buildings.there is garbage and devastation near the hotel.

My husband and I stayed at this property a few months ago and we enjoyed it very much. The very kind owner greeted us at the door and took our bags to our room. The structure is in the historic center a few meters from the four canti. I found the room cozy, quiet, tastefully decorated. I highly recommend it. Rosaria and Salvatore (Milazzo)
