Very very budget location. If you are looking to stay close to the centre, looking to stay in nice accomodation, looking to stay in a clean functional room… this is not the place.

The owner ignored our Booking messages, the aircon cover was completely missing, there is a mosquito problem, the shared areas of the hotel smelled horribly of cleaning agent.

Would not come back.

It was booked under my partners name. I have been here.

A welcoming, comfortable, and clean place. It's located in a quiet area full of restaurants, pizzerias, and various amenities, and it's an easy walk to the Politeama. The metro is also nearby. The sheets in the room are clean and fresh-smelling, and the air conditioning, refrigerator, and TV are all fully functional. The bathroom even comes with cotton pads. It was a pleasant stay, made even more enjoyable by the option of having breakfast in the kitchen with toast, jam, and coffee. Kind and helpful staff. Excellent price.

It is a average low budget place to stay, but it is off the main downtown area so we had to take taxi or a scooter. It was atleast 10-15 minutes walk every time.

I do wish I was shown how to use the coffee maker and that they had water in the container more...

I have to say, after being locked out of my bnb this was the ONLY place that responded to my call at 1 in the morning and the lady was SO SWEET! Place is very affordable, super clean, and incredibly comfortable ! Next time I’m in Palermo this is going to be the place I’m going to be booking no question!

Very clean. The room also has a small balcony. The only "disadvantage" is that the location is a bit far from the historical center. It takes 20 minutes to walk there.
The closest train station to the hotel is Palermo lolli, where you can take the train to the airport or Palermo Centrale.

I cannot praise my stay here highly enough. Louisa is very welcoming and her attention to detail such as a bottle of wine and snacks in the room was such a nice touch. The apartment has different bedrooms with a lounge area, shared bathroom and kitchen. Everything is immaculate! There are breakfast provisions already in the kitchen and a fridge freezer should you wish to buy items to store. Another lovely gesture is the water cooler in the kitchen, very refreshing in the hot weather. The apartment is a short walk from the train station and bus stop. There are cafes and supermarkets nearby. My room had air conditioning, TV and was tastefully decorated. It is my first visit to Sicily and would certainly return here if I visit again. Louisa and her son Adrianno were superb hosts.

They have been very kind, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the Airbnb is located in an area easy to reach. I highly recommend this place
