It is a little far from the center, but overall the hotel is fine.
Comfortable stay It’s in the center but really comfortable and calm place with great service.
Not for noise-sensitive people. It was quite noisy, as the windows were very thin and there was no real natural light in my room. Cleanliness was mediocre. Towels are only changed after departure, I suspect.
We enjoyed our stay at this small hotel with a private courtyard. The room was clean and had a very spacious bathroom with a window (which is important to me). It's five minutes from Palazzo Reale Station, making it convenient for visiting the main attractions. The quietness at night is also remarkable, allowing for a good night's sleep. Breakfast is simple, but offers both sweet and savory options...
Together with other colleagues we stayed in this hotel near the University of Palermo. It is a family-run hotel and the staff was very helpful and welcoming, making our stay pleasant. Clean rooms with good daily cleaning service. Breakfast offered very good and eaten under a very nice (isolated) gazebo. I highly recommend!
We had a very good time, very helpful people managers. I would have given an extra star 6dr the mattress had been slightly softer. In any case it is a place that I recommend

Croissant at the breakfast is so delicious. Staffs are so kind
The room was spacious enough and very close to the train station, located on an old street with an inconspicuous entrance. The facilities were rather old. The staff were quite friendly. However, it might be inconvenient if you arrive at night and don't speak the language.
Palermo...!!! It's something... What a wonderful city! I fell in love with Sicily because of it, and because of the Art Lincoln Hotel. What wonderful people work there! Even without speaking the same language, we communicated perfectly and understood each other, constantly joking around... The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the train station. Most of the sights and the embankment are...
It is a convenient and ordinary accommodation. There are no special features, but it is not bad if you book it just for sleeping.
Clean hotel, close to the train station. Delicious breakfast, good place to stay in Palermo on a budget.
Pros: - location is a 5-minute walk from the railway station, from where buses go both to Palermo airport and to other cities - the street looks quite safe even in the evening, but it’s difficult to call it clean. The area is generally unattractive - it’s convenient to walk both to the center and towards the sea. There is a nice park nearby (Villa Giulia). On the way to it (on the side of the hotel...

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is very good in the city centre which is convenient to any place. The airport bus pick up point is about 5 mins walk. The staffs in the reception are very friendly and helpful. Lots of deserts in breakfast and the waiters are lovely too. It’s nice to have a drink in the top floor in the evening.
Good location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, spacious room with full equipment
Really loved our stay. Spacious room, lovely balcony over looking the square and air con was super efficient. Could do with more wardrobe/ cupboard space but we just loved the room. It was ideal.
The hotel is centrally located. The housekeeping is excellent, with clean bed sheets provided daily. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. A top-quality full breakfast is offered, with many options including pastries, hot breakfast items, and fresh fruit. The staff is attentive and helpful.
We had a room on the 7th floor with a balcony. The view and location of the hotel was perfect for our stay. It was just far enough away from the hustle of the downtown area. We walked to and from the Opera house area with no problems. There is a gelato shop just on the corner from the hotel that has the best gelato. The hotel is situated across from the square, Teatro Politeama Garribaldi. We found...
The rooms are tremendously clean and well appointed. The only drawback to the rooms is that this is a boutique hotel and therefore the rooms are a bit smaller than a purpose built hotel. Having said that the location of the hotel and the staff of the hotel more than make up for room size. I was so appreciative to stay at a 4 star hotel with a staff that rivals any staff of any 5 star hotel that I...

Excellent instructions for entry without staff at location.
Location is great and the possibility to park the car in front of the building. Host was responding very quickly and overall is helpful. I’d say that room we’ve stayed in requires a small renovation already but overall it was fine value for the price.
The heart of Palermo is there. For a moment we felt like citizens of the city. High rooms in an old tenement house, view of the street, dingy facades, laundry hanging from the balconies. On the third floor you can hear the street life, but it is muffled by the height. All you had to do was take the historic elevator down and after a few hundred steps you were on the steps of the Massimo Theater. I...
Excellent location, convenient for reaching places of interest in the centre. The owner turned out to be a helpful and kind person. Availability of a coffee machine with pods always available. In the refrigerator there are n. 2 bottles of water of 500 ml. Average cleanliness. What I didn't like: sanabox.
Structure in the center of Palermo, excellent choice for a short holiday, easy parking, which in a city like Palermo is never a given. Basic breakfast.
Our stay in Palermo Location was great, right in the historic district. Free parking was a joke. It was free if you could find a space on the street. In the advertisement, it appeared breakfast was included along with breakfast photos. Breakfast was not as advertised. It was pretty much non existent. Beautiful hotel within a short walk to all the sites you might want to see on a trip to Palermo. The hotel was lovely, and all of the staff were helpful. It is a beautiful as it looks in the pictures.
The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient to get to the opera house and the city center. The breakfast spread was generous, and the front desk staff could communicate in English. Although the hotel is rated five-star, the decor and facilities are showing their age.
[A first-class hotel with a classic style reminiscent of aristocratic life] This hotel is located in a hotel area one street west of Palermo's main thoroughfare, Via Roma. It's a little far from Treniaria Central Station and the bus terminal, about a 15-minute bus ride or over 30 minutes on foot, but it's an ideal location for sightseeing during your stay. Good service and communication on arrival. This is clean, basic accommodation in Palermo that was great for a short stay. There is a lift to the accommodation, which was much appreciated to get to level 8. Well located to walk to the major sites. I would return for a short stay in Palermo.
Clean, functional, powerful shower, roof terrace.
This is a great little B&B for travelers or vacationers. Massimo is extremely responsive and helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day and they do a great job. There is also a communal kitchen with a beautiful rooftop area to enjoy meals with a view of the sea and city.
The B&B does not have an external sign, there is only the writing on the bell. It is in fact an apartment in a condominium two minutes from the court. There is an elevator after a few steps in the entrance. In the apartment there are several rooms all equipped with climate and bathroom, furnished with great care but a little dusty ("heavy" carpets for those with allergies). The shower enclosure has...

The staff were extremely helpful and the location was very convenient to the major sites in the area. We enjoyed the bountiful breakfast and the clean room.
Amazing New Year Eve celebration. Bartender Claudio provided exceptional service for our group. Good cocktails in Palermo. Grazie Claudio!
Hotel is in a great location, central to everything and walking distance. Newly refurbished so nice and modern. We had two single rooms which were a great size ! Balcony to the street as well. The only thing I liked was the location, right in the historic center. The room was small. There wasn't even a glass in the room. The staff was friendly.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel for a very convenient price. The room was simple but clean, clam and well equipped. They provide towels, shower gel and a very generous breakfast. The location is ideal, in the heart of the city centre and not far away from the train station.
Clean, quiet, and well-located establishment. Decent breakfast. Excellent value for money that day.
I liked the hotel for its price-quality ratio. The location is good in the center on a quiet street, clean, pleasant and attentive staff, 24-hour reception, which is important to me. There was no refrigerator or kettle in the room, but we got by. I can recommend it for a stop in Palermo.
The location is very good, located on the busiest road, with restaurants and bars downstairs, and close to popular attractions. The single room is the same as in the photo, with a large toilet but a small bed. But it is still acceptable for this price
In principle, everything is fine. It would be great if there was a kettle and dishes in the room. But you can get them at the reception. In principle, I am satisfied. The renovation was carried out in April 25

Great location , good and kind staff in the kitchen, lady at reception needs to smile a bit more, clean rooms.
Tucked away in a busy neighborhood -- this was the perfect location for us to visit family about an hour away and have easy access to the Palermo airport the morning of our departure. The office staff is incredibly helpful as is the bar and restaurant staff -- particularly Gabriel who we enjoyed spending time with! Food in the restaurant was fantastic and rooms were clean and serviced daily.

Not easy to find the hotel entrance. Suggestion to have more obvious sign for traveler. The hotel maintenance can be better.

All well. Just the heating unit was a bit noisy!
This hotel has a lot going for it in terms of location, close to the bus stop, Politeama, from the airport, walk to old city, and lots of restaurants. Staff at front desk were very helpful and willing to help out with recommendations for food, trips. Housekeeping was prompt. Air conditioning did work but a little noisy but probably shut off from November. Location is certainly an advantage as can walk to most places
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my girlfriend. First, I’d like to mention the negative aspects. The air conditioner kept turning on and off by itself, and no matter what we did, we couldn’t fix it. You might wake up in the middle of the night either sweating or freezing. Although our room was cleaned every day during our stay, our towels were only changed once — we believe they should be...
Really great, central location. Our room was really spacious and the walls were not as thin as in other Sicilian hotels. However, we had a problem with our toilet not flushing that took more than 24 hours to fix. There's a very small lobby and restaurant and they had no computer. You have to climb up and down slanted steps to get to and from the street.
Broken shower, poor breakfast (rancid, greasy ham), good desserts. Perfect location

A truly underrated hotel! The staff, accommodations, food and service were amazing! The views of Palermo from our balcony were great and being outside the city centre away from the hustle and bustle was refreshing. This is a lovely and reasonably priced hotel centrally located in Palermo. The hotel , the room , the staff and the amenities were all wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely outstanding and their small restaurant was very relaxing and classy. We would highly recommend this hotel.
Very central yet quiet location, easily accessible by car, valet parking for €25 per night, works perfectly. "Old-style" room with carpet, everything a bit worn, thinly soundproof, very good check-in/out.
Great staff. Very nice and knowledgeable. The air conditioning didn’t work very well but other than that. I highly recommend this place. Loved their breakfast options too
Perfect hotel right in the heart of the city. Staff is great and hotel is quiet to relax after a long day.

I enjoyed the stay. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I enjoyed the location as it was right next to the train station. It was also very close to the morning markets in the area. My only complaint was that our shower wasn't fully tightened and so there was inconsistent water flow through the shower head. Everything else was great however.
The location is very easy to find, right next to the station. Front desk service is also available, which is convenient. Breakfast is served in the adjacent bar, and although the selection is limited, it's still quite good. Considering the price, I think this is a very satisfying hotel.
The location is simply perfect – right next to the train station and the intercity bus stop! They gave us a better room than we booked, for which we are especially grateful! The cleaning wasn't great, of course, and there were a few odd issues, like a sagging floor and water leaking from the balcony when it rained. BUT, we didn't find these issues critical, as the convenient location and spacious room...
Positive things: The hotel is located right across the bus/train stations, which comes in handy. The breakfast offers a wide variety of sweet and savoury foods. Negative things: The room was dirty; there were stains on the floor and bedsheets. The floor is slanted, and you can feel how it bends underneath your feet as you walk. There is a mini fridge in the room that neither cools nor keeps anything...
close to train station. breakfast was good

Fantastic facility, very kind and knowledgeable staff. My compliments to everyone. Excellent breakfast. When we return to Palermo, we will return. Thank you...
Despite some negative comments, perhaps from people who stayed on the first floor, we were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The wait staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, and the parking was free. The only downside was the poor soundproofing in the rooms, but it was completely quiet after 11 p.m.
Food very basic, toilet makes a loud noise when you flush, you could hear people next door. Nice place overall, very clean, i would recommend as beds are very comfortable and its great if you are going with friends or on a school trip.

Great location, spotlessly clean, amazing views. Great location, close to the main sights. The roof top restaurant gives incredible 360° views over the city and surrounds.
Liked the rooftop venue. Breakfast was limited . No yogurts, no variety of fruits , orange juice was more like orange drink . Bed was way too hard and pillows flat. Safe too small for ipad or laptop.
